Best instant coffee with benefits @beforeyouspeakcoffee

Australian owned and founded by @jarydterk

Back in the the day used to live in Australia and I also had Warrior Women fair trade coffee! It’s not an easy business and coffee is expensive so I have the upmost respect for entrepreneurs like Jaryd his planning a big move from Australia to LA to expand his coffee company even bigger! Celebrating my best friends bday in the Amalfi Coast….

I’m kidding 🤣 we had an absolute incredible hiking adventure in Catalina Island! 🏝️ I can’t believe it’s been so close to me in LA all these years and I finally got to experience the beauty of this island.

2 years ago, John Lin @tkejlboom started his first training session with me after being paralyzed, most of life and only seven years ago, walking with somewhat comfort.

Now today I’m proud to say that he’s stronger than ever 💪 he’s inspiration of what can happen with persistence, courage, and companionship.

This past weekend we hiked over 14 miles, over 50,000 steps in two days with over 3000 feet of elevation gain. 🙌🙌

With delicious treats, gelato iced coffees, chocolate, covered almonds, Iced Matcha and good food. It felt like my birthday too 😉

@tkejlboom thank you for being the kindest yet strongest supporter in my life and wishing you a very happy birthday (month!) 🎉
