I’ve been going on retreats for over 30 years. I’ve seen the highest of highs and lowest and lows and that’s why I have become the retreat concierge extraordinaire!

Retreat season is just around the corner! I’m already laying out my bowls, chimes, oracle decks, Unicorn figurine, and everything I’m going to need to get myself ready for my November retreats! I’ll be gone pretty much the entire month of November assisting not one…but THREE retreats. I absolutely cannot wait, and it’s not too late for you to join me.

Have you been on a yoga retreat, fitness retreat, personal development retreat, or health and wellness retreat before? If life ever offers you the opportunity to go on retreat, you should take it! Like I always say, you have to tune out to tune in.

-When was the last time you got out of town?
-When was the last time you put down your phone?
-When was the last time you got bodywork on the beach?
-When was the last time you took a sound bath under the starry night sky?

While I don’t know when your last time was, I can absolutely tell you that your next one (or first one!) could be with me and my warm and welcoming friends on one of these incredible upcoming retreats! Take a look—

🎉WE MADE THE AMAZON BESTSELLER LIST!🥹🙏

The Alchemy of Joy hit #1 New Release in multiple categories and became a Bestseller in several others… alongside some of the greats like Michael Singer, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, & John Maxwell… all whose work have deeply impacted my life over the years… so this is all a bit surreal… 🤯🥹✨

But more than anything, I just feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude…🙏

This book took five years to bring into the world. Five years of writing and rewriting, learning, healing, growing, and turning some of the hardest and most beautiful chapters of my life into something I hoped could serve others.❤️

And none of this would be possible without YOU🥹

🫵🏼❤️To every person who bought a copy, shared a post, forwarded an email, told a friend, gifted the book to someone they love, or simply cheered us on… thank you. Your love and support mean more than I can put into words. 🙏

❤️ And to those of you who have already shared how the book is impacting your life — those messages mean more to me than any ranking or list EVER could.

It truly took a village to get here — my family, friends, publishing team, editors, early readers, and this incredible community. I’m so deeply grateful to all of you. ✨but especially for my wife @michellefreeman_stenz for the unwavering love and support through it all…

🫶 My hope for this book has always been simple: that by sharing what I’ve lived through, what I’ve learned, and the tools that helped me find my way back to myself and to joy, that it might help others find a little more freedom, meaning, and joy in their own life.

Watching that actually happen is the greatest gift of all. ❤️

📖 If you haven’t grabbed your copy yet, we’d love to have you join our growing community of Alchemists and be part of what we’re building together.

This was never just about a book. It’s about reminding each other that we don’t have to wait for some future version of our lives to experience joy today…✨

💫 You are magic. You are worthy. And joy is your birthright…

Go invest in it today!!✨

TODAY (Sept 23) we're making an official push to get my new book The Alchemy of Joy onto the Amazon Bestseller List with a Kindle sale, dropping the price to $0.99 for next 25 hours — and we need your help to make it happen🙏🙏

For TODAY ONLY, we dropped the Kindle price from $12.99 to just $0.99 so as many people as possible can grab a copy and help us create the sales velocity we need to hit the Best Seller List 📘

The Alchemy of Joy is all about how to beat burnout, retrain the subconscious patterns that keep us stuck, and learn how to actually live a life we love…

Born from my own journey chasing the entrepreneurial dream, realizing I had lost myself in the process, and then spending years studying neuroscience, meditation, subconscious mind training to see what actually creates lasting joy… and this book shares the simple, replicable path to do just that.

If you have 5 minutes today, I would be SO, SO, SO grateful if you grabbed the Kindle edition for 99 cents to help us make the list❤️

And if there’s ONE friend or family member in your life who could use a little more joy right now, please send this to them too… 🙏

We have 24 hours.
Every purchase matters.
Every share matters.

Becoming a bestseller has been a lifelong dream of mine… so I cannot thank you enough for your help!

Asking for help like this? Slightly less dreamy for me, so I truly truly truly mean it when I say how grateful I am for your support!

👉 Kindle is $0.99 TODAY — link in bio (too long to post here!)

LET’S GOOOOOO!!! 🙌🔥
