Thirty years ago today, Julie accepted my proposal for marriage at The Bay House in Naples, Florida. It's a bittersweet celebration this year as we recently lost former Cuzo-in-law, Jade, who was along for the ride that night with Julie's Cuzo Suzanne and their 3.5 month old daughter, Kiley, as Julie nearly scooped up her ring with her dessert fork 😵‍💫😲😋🍰💍
It was a wonderful evening that feels like yesterday 🤯🤯💘💘
I love you, honey, and I'd do it all over again every year!
Thanks for loving me ❣️❣️❣️❣️ by @ericdbattershell

...and just like that, this beautiful young woman completed all of her work in her Master's Program tonight 🥰🥰🤯🤯
Six years of university. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology one year ago. We will celebrate her biggest accomplishment to-date in November with her Master's commencement ceremony in New Hampshire.
Undeniably proud 👏🏻🥲
We love you, Macy 🙏🏻 by @ericdbattershell

Keaton Stafford and Rowan Cross were never supposed to end up on opposite sides of the cage.

Before the fights, the silence, and the years of hurt neither of them knew how to leave behind, they were next-door neighbors and best friends who shared first secrets, first kisses, and first love.

Then one brutal night destroyed it all.

Four years later, Rowan returns home from the Air Force determined to build the MMA career he’s always wanted, only to find Keaton already chasing the same dream at the same gym.
Forced back into each other’s lives, old wounds reopen, tempers flare, and the chemistry they’ve spent years trying to forget proves impossible to ignore.

But getting each other back is only the first fight.

The past still hurts, trust still has to be rebuilt, and love alone can’t fix everything waiting for them.

When ambition and distance threaten to tear them apart once again, Rowan and Keaton must decide if they’re strong enough to fight for each other outside the cage too.

Through every mistake, every fight, and every attempt to move on, one thing has always remained.

Each other.

From childhood best friends and first loves to enemies, rivals, and fighters with everything on the line, Rowan and Keaton’s story is about what breaks them, what heals them, and what still remains. by @ericdbattershell

"No Fool For Love Songs" is the next Spruce Texas Romance, coming very soon! Cover photography by Eric D Battershell Eric Battershell Photography Eric David Battershell

🎶🎵🎶🎵

TJ McPherson has his future mapped out for him: graduate college, move back to Spruce, Texas, take over the family business, and die of boredom.

So he plans one last shot at freedom: the summer road trip of a lifetime - until his best friend blows it up.

That's how TJ ends up at a Chase Holt concert he didn't even want to attend, pouring his heart out in a dim hallway to a total stranger.

Chase Holt is a country rock star living under stadium lights, fighting label pressure, and feeling trapped in a version of himself he recognizes less and less each day.

Neither were prepared to meet the other.

And wanting each other may not be something either can afford.

But some people are worth risking everything for - even if the rest of the world seems determined to pull them apart.

"No Fool For Love Songs" is a new emotionally-charged slow-burn standalone in the Spruce Texas Romance series. Coming soon 💕 by @ericdbattershell
