POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I'm so proud of this series and how far it's come!

This series starts with a fast-pace plot that ends on a cliffhanger.

Book 2 is filled with mystery, intrigue, and a time-sensitive plot with a cast of fun characters...

And finally we see it all come together in an epic fight between good vs evil in book 3 with many possibilities left to unravel.

If you enjoy soft sci-fi with the fun elements of Star Wars, the danger of Alien, and the entertainment of Firefly, this could be an adventure you'd like!

The Archarian series is available direct from me (see my b!0) 🫶🏻

Or from popular places where books can be found in eBook, paperback, and hardcover formats💫 by @erickaevrenauthor

Hello! I'm Ericka!

There's some new friends here, do I thought I'd make "a little about me" post.

Of course this is only the tip of the iceberg, but you get a little sneak peek into who I am and what I do ☺️

Thanks for being here. 💫 Do we have anything in common? by @erickaevrenauthor

When creativity strikes, 50% of it comes from things I've played, read, watched, or even listened to!

The other 50% is a conglomerate of:
"I like this,"
"Add a pinch of that"
"let's make this more like this"
"I think this is cool"
"I'll mix up these three things and make something new"
"I wish I had this ability"
"Is it just me, or is this awesome!?"

So if you relate at all to the vibes of this conglomerate of media, perhaps what my little brain cooked up is something you'd like as well.

The Archarian Series is based in a galaxy unfamiliar to man, with exciting planets races, species and creatures, with technology that feels familiar yet unique in its own way.

It is Space Opera with a dash of Military, Exploration, Fantasy, Alien Encounters, with a reluctant hero, found family, rag-tag crews, bounty hunters, redemption, betrayal, and more. 👀 by @erickaevrenauthor

What do you mean I'm already planning 2027 book signings? 😅

Yup, that's me 🤪 I try and schedule book signings ahead of time (when the consignment managers are ready) because it helps me put the school year in focus and I plan around important dates or events. And I'd be lost without my highlighters!

I haven't decided if I should attend my city's Comic Con yet, but it's on my radar as the other book fair didn't pan out.

Should I try? 🤩 by @erickaevrenauthor

These are my last three book signings of the year! This weekend will be my 10th signing and I'm stoked. 💫

I'm so grateful for everyone coming and showing their support during these events. You literally put the smile on my face.

If you are local to Spruce Grove or Edmonton area, I'll be at @indigosprucegrove 11-4 this coming Saturday. 🎉

I'd love to catch up with you.

🍂Happy Thanksgiving my Canadian friends 🍂

I especially enjoy thanksgiving because we get an opportunity to reflect on the year of growth and what our harvest brought to the table.

For me it's more symbolic. How did I grow? What did I bring to the table to make my family succeed, my home happy, and workplace flourish?

I can honestly say the year up to this point hasn't been what I wanted, but it's been what I needed. And I'm so grateful the Lord always knows what I need even if I don't. 🍁🍂 by @erickaevrenauthor

Another cover reveal I'm excited to share for @tommyleewrites

This is the exciting sequel to Tommy's first book, Eye of Destiny. Swipe to see the cover reveal and more info! Here's the blurb:

They never imagined they’d be superheroes, but the world has no one else.

As the battle for Earth rages, teen brothers Malcolm, Walker, and Calvin find themselves in more danger than ever before. Reyin’s attacks grow more sinister and deadly, and it’s up to them and their dad to keep the Ekronians from gaining a foothold and enslaving humanity.

Now, as family ties are tested and secrets are revealed, will their family’s biggest fight be against the Ekronians…or each other? by @erickaevrenauthor

My creative process is.... Messy.

It's everywhere.

And yet, the bits of paper, endless notebooks, pens, drawings, and cups of coffee speak life into the room, my inspiration, and eventually the books I write. 💫

I enjoy stories like StarWars, Stargate Sg-1 and Atlantis, Halo, and now Mass Effect is making its way into that pile...

So my books take place in another galaxy, unrelated to earth, filled with good and evil, and follows the story of a man trying to fit in when he was born to stick out. And that means his fate is intertwined with a destiny he never wanted.

Archarian series books 1-3 by Ericka Evren are available.

I still remember thinking as a young teen "what would it feel like to have my books on a shelf in a store?"

Now I know what it feels like. And each time it's just as exciting at the first.

I may not be in thousands of stores yet, but each small step feels like a huge milestone compared to where I started.

So if you are feeling discouraged about your own dreams, never give up! 🤗
