I just needed some fresh air to clear my head so I grabbed my pack and my baby girl and we hit the trails! Life is too short to waste it fighting with people or hating yourself for past mistakes. So take a deep breath and let all the negativity go with the exhale. I know it's not easy sometimes believe me I really do. But try to enjoy the little time we are given. Got up at 6 and got ready for war. The gutters may be dirty but we shall slay the filth that calls them home! The front gate to the castle may need a new latch so when we are under attack it shall hold strong. And chicken wire needs nailed along the bottom of the deck so my trusty and fearless sidekick here doesn't run underneath and get stuck in the middle of the night causing me to dig her out in my underwear. But with the helpful energy magic from the wizards Starbucks and weapons in had we shall slay all chores! For every one with work or chores today be safe, wash your hands, and stand with me and let us win the day! 🛠=⚔ 🔧=🛡 🔨=🏹 🐕=🐎 (In my head)

That was me at about 120 pounds and on a lot of medication that a doctor told me would help with my back injury/disease but it only made my life a living nightmare. I was so mad at this picture, it made me sick to look at it. But I will tell you this right now - I'm glad I took that picture. Why? - that was the day after I found Impact cryotherapy and I threw all my medications away looked myself in the mirror and said enough is enough. I was then able to hit the gym and strengthen the parts of my back that are weak. I'm scared to post this and show you all this picture but maybe someone will see this - decide to come in to my shop tomorrow- for a croytherpy session and go home and take there own picture they hate. taken in Bloomington, Indiana by @erictheeviking

Everyone has they're reason to work out. Mine is not to show those people who always told me I couldn't or to become a bodybuilder/movie star like the Rock(love you Dwayne). My second goal is to feel good about myself but my main goal is to make my wife proud. My wife is an intelligent, amazing woman that always has my back. I know that I am a lucky man being able to lock her down. She is always on my mind all day everyday but especially when I'm pushing myself in the gym.
