We went for a roll on the mats with BJJ black belt and comedy legend Ben Roy (Those Who Cant, Hulu, and more) at the amazing Nova Mente Jiu Jitsu Academy! DROPPING AT 1pm ON OUR YOUTUBE!
🥋
We learned not to wear socks during BJJ or sex, the correct technique to secure Mother’s Milk (a type of submission) how to stretch our groins correctly and how to get absolutely manhandled by the instructor. We also met gym owner and BJJ mythic creature, Troy “The Night Pigeon” and some of the other awesome athletes who train at Nova Mente! Highly recommend these guys. Go get a struggle cuddle in today! taken in Nova Mente Academy by @ericunderscoren

they let me on @wgnnews 😂

Had a blast hanging out with the morning crew and talking about some of my completely necessary inventions. “The Casual Helmet” & “Could have been an email” detector!

And if you want to see what happens when I’m given an entire hour and nobody can cut me off…

🎤Come see me next Saturday at @thedentheatre!
