When turning 30, I was sitting in my own fricking house in El Salvador. What a high. What a life peak.

To say it’s been smooth and worry less would be a straight up lie 🙃 i find my younger self very courageous!

But what i’m the most proud of is that i never waited for a man to roll up on a white horse to start living, to start building my dream life.

I frankly think that too many women do.

I was in a relationship during the construction phase and it was awesome to have someone to bounce decisions with. But it was always my investment, my project. And so it still was after we parted ways.

The house is 6 years old now, and i’ve never found her so sexy. She has life in her. Laughter and stories in her living room.

And lucky for all of us, El Salvador evolved into one of the most popular surf destinations and became the safest country of Central Am.

I’m proud to call it home, and call her mine. 💛🇸🇻

Dix ans d’aventures hors de l’ordinaire, à chasser les vagues, à gérer une entreprise de voyages de surf et de bien-être, à ne pas suivre un chemin conventionnel pantoute, à questionner et redéfinir les notions du succès, de la “maison”, du nécessaire au bonheur … pour finalement me voir offrir l’opportunité de recueillir tout ça dans une œuvre grand public : un guide immersif aux couleurs de cet univers, signé par la maison d’édition @parfumdencre (on a fait ça comme du monde !). Des conseils pratiques, des anecdotes, des réflexions – les miens et ceux d’autres surfeurs expérimentés et charismatiques. Des photos, beaucoup de belles photos, par une dizaine de photographes qui ont des étoiles dans les yeux. C’est beau en taaa, je suis fière !

On a choisis d’appeller ce livre SURF — tout simplement. 4 lettres improbables pour une petite Québecoise.

Et à compter de maintenant, il est disponible dans toutes les libraires du Québec et en ligne !

IN LOVE W LIVING // Siargao 🏝️ is one of those places that feels a little toooo magical to be real. And I don’t say that lightly ; these eyes are lucky to have seen many places.

It instantly captured my heart 3 years ago, and somehow, every time we return, it finds a new way to make me feel alive, inspired & IN LOVE with living!

As some of you know, this Surf & Fitness marks the end of a chapter for me — a turning of the page on running surf experiences for now.

And if I had to choose a place to close this chapter, it had to be here.

And then, of course, this crew had to go and make it all so ridiculously good that I started questioning my own life choices 🥲

In hindsight, the end of this chapter doesn’t feel like an hard ending at all. Moreso an occasion to <pause> look back with a bright proud smile, and make room for what comes next.

A little bittersweet, and a whole lot of gratitude — what a life, really!
