Just a quickie pumpkin spot & stop & skippity-hop right down Main Street, U.S.A.!🎃 by @erikad_danielle

Boo! My new fav addiction: ghosting social media for 3 months🤪👻

Sometimes ya just gotta be present IRL with these humans💛

Alsooo, all in favor of me getting a furry 4-legged lover comment “🐶”. I think it’s a must to add to the hot walks when the docs finally figure out my foot🙏🏻 by @erikad_danielle

The man in the big red jogger suit🎅🏻 told me that giving it your all, working out in 90 degrees & sunshine was enough to put everyone one of you on the “nice list”!🎁

Thank you @promenadeatsunsetwalk for the festive ornaments!🎄I can’t wait to hang my pink flamingo on my palm tree this year🦩🌴

Can finally check off “spot an alligator” on my Florida to-do list🐊 Make that not 1 but 3😳
Also, I was not being dramatic…I was sooo scared😭 by @erikad_danielle

It’s as easy as 1,2,3 🍅🌱🧄Legit sat on the counter & was eating this by the spoonfuls out of my new @surlatable marin cookware😋

Will be making this again, except next time I’d add more salmon because 🐠 are friends (& food) & love me some extra protein💪🏻

Truly. If you’re seeing this right now & grieving, I see you & my heart goes to you♥️I’m here for you.

People always say you never truly understand grief until you experience loss. & then it’s still an unknown day by day rollercoaster. There is no step-by-step to resolve the loss of love. When you lose both parents everything from that moment forward feels like a scary documentary.

No one can ever replace the one you lost but I have found how much an extra friend & listening ear can help alleviate the burden & lighten the mood on the darkest days. Likely I can use you just as you can use me🫶🏻Take that as an open invitation from your grief girlie. If no one has told you today, you are so loved🤍

Here’s the thing, we are all going to have to say goodbye to a loved one at some point. Unfortunately, I went through it sooner than I ever saw coming. That’s not to say I know what’s going on…do you see my sweatshirt? LOL. Let’s normalize it’s okay not to always be okay but to also remember you are going to be OK. Being your brutally honest sis right now, it hits & shakes all the time - no matter the number of years. Some days are going to be sunshine & some days the rainstorm was unforeseen in the forecast. Give yourself grace. & please don’t give up because your loved ones are cheering for you & wouldn’t want you to dim your light💛

For those who haven’t experienced loss, I really hope if anything, I can encourage you to value every moment of life & cherish your friends & family. His plan is not always our plan & life is too short🙏🏻Soak every moment up☀️

Wrapping you up in big warm hugs.
❌🅾️,
Your grief girlie & sis💖

Spinning in delulu living my best life😜I’m glad we are all on the same page about our priorities😘#disney #dating #voicemailsforisabelle #magickingdom #relatable by @erikad_danielle

This last year was for you little Erika, with your sweaty blonde ringlets, sitting on a bench in
Magic Kingdom🏰, Mickey bar in hand🍦, having all the faith, trust & pixie dust in your heart for big dreams💖…of course with chocolate smeared on your rosy cheeks as you tried to catch each lick before it dripped down your tiny finger tips🥰

Bibbidi Bobbidi…WOW! It has been a year of endless smiles, unforgettable moments & truly one incredible adventure✨

Thank you to everyone who makes magic daily to create joy & turn ordinary days into something bigger. & especially to whoever is making these Mickey bars sooo delicious in 100 degrees & 100% humidity!😋

Happy grand opening to [solidcore] Dr. Phillips!💙🥳💪🏻

Girlie is over the moon ecstatic to be a founding coach & help welcome Orlando under the [blue lights]! Orlando you are CRUSHING IT!👌🏻

I am filled to the brim with gratitude to continue my coaching journey in FL! I’m SO stoked to [shake] with y’all & serve up both a hamstring curl & reverse hamstring curl on hami day🤭

But more so, I’m here to show up for the community we build together to encourage each other to go beyond what we think we are capable🥇In 2022, within a couple of weeks of starting my [solidcore] coaching journey, life took a huge 180. Your girl needed a squad to majorly cheer her on & remind her the [shakes] are temporary - your body is stronger than your mind says & you are stronger than your weakest moments. Time under tension was real. Kind of like when your coach cues hold max tension of a bulgarian split squat & after what seems like eternity, cues you to rise back up using all of your might. & if you’re like me, you’re looking at your coach, “Are you crazy? You think I have that strength?!” Uhm YES YES YOU DO!🙌🏻& you got a squad that has your back💙

Remember, if you never step into the uncomfortable, you’ll never know what growth is waiting for you on the other side. & Orlando, how cool we get to do the hard thangs together!!🤩

Orlando, you’ve already proved you are here to give it your all - & boy oh boy am I inspired! I can’t wait to thrive with you in class & cheer you on!

Ready, set, let’s gooo [shake]!💙❌🅾️ by @erikad_danielle

They said don’t swim under the bridge because that’s where the gators live…still perplexed how the gators don’t sneak in under that bridge🐊
