Sharing love with nature. by @erikoberholtzer

The Grotto team has spent the last two years doing the very difficult work of eating everything Chef Erik Oberholtzer puts in front of us.

The result: mezze for sharing, slow-grilled things, lots of spices, great produce from local farms, and a menu that will keep changing based on what’s at the market.

Now we need people to help us serve it. We’re hiring for the Grotto Café. Send this to your friend who cares about nourishing food, great ingredients, and making people very happy through what they eat.

What does your body want after a cold plunge or a long sauna? We asked @erikoberholtzer to figure it out, and he designed a beverage program full of drinks that are as creative as they are functional 🧊🍋

Time Out Miami wrote about Grotto today. We’ve been working on this for a while and it’s nice to see it starting to get out there. We’re opening in Wynwood this summer — a bathhouse with two saunas, a cold plunge, steam room, mineral pool, and a Cafe with an F&B program by @erikoberholtzer. We’re hoping it becomes your go-to spot to meet up with a friend. Full article in the link in bio! #paidpartnership by @erikoberholtzer

Inspired by a new to look at menu designs through the lens of nutrition, from @shawellness_mexico. Each day starts with a miso soup, a shot of ginger lemon and a delicious crudités with an ever changing legume puree. Mostly plants, no to little use of oils, and shockingly tasty. Sometimes complex, mostly simple which I like. Pops of fermented umami for intense gut antioxidants and probiotic reward. Each meal had me satisfied and after 2 whole days, the SHA method reduced inflammation, sparked energy, brought clarity and improved sleep. I am eager to bring these to @grottobaths and other wellness menus in the future as I ease them into daily life. Thank you @shawellness_mexico kitchen team!
