Warning - long caption*

I’ve won quite a bit of medals and trophies during my competitive career in Classic Bodybuilding. I have several higher educational degrees and a solid career as an IT consultant, but my greatest achievement in life is finally sitting on my lap - Aron 👶🏻

This contest prep and year in general, has been the most comprehensive during my 40-year-old life and 12 years of competing.

Waking up from being dead with a complete heart stop for 20 minutes, 5 days in medically induced coma, Covid-19 and becoming a father within a 3-week time frame, really sets life in perspective and it has been a surrealistic experience for sure.

The great results achieved competing on stage this season, would not be possible without my coach @bossofoutlaw - thank you so much for getting me in my best shape ever, your endless support, steady guidance and for keeping me on the right path all the way 🏆

Thank you @metteulz, @marthene and all the doctors involved for saving my life - words are not enough 🙏🏼

A big thank you to our family and friends who helped us during these challenging times 🙏🏼

Still got short term goals, medium term goals, long term goals and dates ✔️
