This video was a little bit over 7 weeks out from Oslo grand prix 2020, which won’t happen.. I remember after we were done filming this, i was not happy with the clips at all. I thought i looked like shit and said that i wouldn’t post it. Yeah i was flat and all, but looking back at it now i think to myself, damn, i looked decent to be over 7 weeks out. It’s funny how the diet head can really screw with your head, make you insecure about things, moody etc. Sucks that we weren’t able to compete, but that’s life 🤷🏽‍♂️ I want to thank my coach @erik.w.ifbb for keeping my head straight under the prep. S/o to my girl for filming this video and for keeping up with my hungry ass 🤪 @nilsenfilms

Reflecting over the year that has passed. Wow, where do i begin? Just looking at the highlights it’s surreal I achieved what I did. This year has been a blessing in so many ways. I achieved my goal of being the best in my class in Norway. The following momentum from my win mixed with coincidences made me achieve two other longterm goals that was not a part of the plan. Silver medal in the Arnold Classic Africa and I finally got to meet my hero @schwarzenegger in the best shape of my life. When Arnold said « you look great» after our meeting, time stopped and it was the best compliment and confirmation I could have ever gotten. That was my gold medal for sure.
Grateful for all the amazing people I’ve met this past year and forever thankful for the continuous support from the most important people in my life. Without your friendship and support I would not have achieved what I have. Love you guys!
Now it’s time to keep working towards new and bigger goals and I’m motivated and excited for the times ahead.
I’ll end of this new years post with a quote from Denzel Washington’s acceptance speech: «So, keep working, keep striving, never give up, fall down seven times, get up eight. Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship. Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship. So keep moving, keep growing, keep learning»

NM Tønsberg 2019
Utrolig gøy og stå på scena i helga! Dette har vært 4 måneder med mye hardt arbeid og nye prioriteringer. Følelsen jeg sitter igjen med nå er verdt så mye mer enn alt slitet jeg har dratt meg selv i gjennom, en mestring unik fra alt annet jeg har vært borti! Tusen takk til alle som har støttet meg og heiet på meg hele veien! Og en spesiell takk til @erik.w.ifbb , @metteulz_ifbbelitepro og alle lagkamerater på @teamvitality_ for flott oppfølging og samhold hele veien! Dere har gjort dette til en knallbra opplevelse💯
