Which spider do you choose?? 🕷️

Personally… I have the most fun flying a spider kick, but the spider lunge is getting me shaking and sweating in no time!

Sometimes the biggest effort isn’t the fastest cadence or the heaviest hill. Sometimes it’s simply staying present and allowing yourself to feel everything. taken in Downtown Los Angeles by @erinmquintero

Our first-ever Wellness Festival is officially in the books 🥹☀️

Words aren’t enough to thank everyone who spent their day with us. Seeing this community come together to connect, move, and vibe was everything we could have dreamed of and more. 💛

A massive, special shoutout to our incredible event leads, Lizzie and Erin. They are the absolute masterminds behind the scenes who made this entire day happen. From curating all the amazing goodies to locking in our incredible vendors and handling a million moving parts, they did it all with pure grace and dedication. 🫶🏼

This day wouldn’t have been possible without our dream team:
🏢 Huge thank you to @onesantafe for allowing us the perfect space to host and bring this vision to life!
🤍 Our rockstar crew members who kept everything running flawlessly.
🎧 Our DJ @ikapica for keeping the vibes immaculate all day long.
🎥 Our videographer @nainoaandrade for capturing every single special moment!

We love this community so much. See you same time, next year? 😊 taken in One Santa Fe by @erinmquintero
