Friday April 3, 2026 - a milestone for me:
I taught on my 5th @lagreefitness machine!!

It all started when Master Trainer extraordinaire, and friend since we were teens @bodybylisag said I should be a trainer.
I’d been taking her classes since she first taught at Pilates Plus in Studio City and Long Beach back in 2010 on ProFormers, I think.

I studied under her in 2024 at her and Ben’s 3 downtown LA studios @lagree213. They gave me the opportunity to teach community classes before my departure for Barcelona early 2025. The lessons I learned from her and her top notch trainers was invaluable and I continue teaching with that LA style her in Spain. This was using the Megaformer M3K

@intensionstudio was the first studio to hire me in Barcelona and I was first put on the schedule February 9, 2025. We use the MegaPro and it’s the machine I’ve taught the most on - and the one I’m most comfortable teaching on. I’ve made great friends and it’s a joy going in to work and see familiar faces and people getting stronger everyday.

@reformustudio is the 2nd studio to take me on and I started to learn my 3rd machine - the MiniPro. It’s now been a year that I’ve been on their team and I do love the team and my regulars.

While I was never officially on the roster @korestudio.es - I did sub for a couple of classes when @kk.ee.nn.zz.aa was on holiday. The original Microformer became the 4th machine I learned to teach on. Just the basics. Enough to organize a challenging routine and know the springs to use.

And this brings me to today - teaching on the elevated version of the MicroPro @reformustudio. I’m still learning the ins and outs of it: how the springs feel, where is the best foot placement, how to transition smoothly, and of course, how to introduce a new machine to a new audience 😅.

My lagree journey has certainly been interesting and challenging. And I look forward to growing and learning more in this journey. Getting stronger together 💪❤️‍🔥🔥🤩
