Put the rate into perspective: would a $240 difference in monthly payment change your decision to buy?

I didn’t feel ready. I had doubts. But giving myself a chance got me further than overthinking ever did. I tried and its working… by @ernestolends

Booked this 1 month ago, barely any preparation and still managed to do a pace shy of 9 minutes for 13.35 miles.

Placed 11th out of my age group and 55th overall is definitely a success.

Definitely wanted to give up by mile 7-8 and still had another 5 miles to go, body started shivering and sweating cold.

Waking up at 4am wasn’t easy, running 13 miles wasn’t easy, and at a 9-minute pace is definitely doesn’t make it any better.

But it all comes down to you and the people that you’re around.

Running is 70% mental it’s about how much more you can hold.

My Apple watch basically told me to stop, it kept showing zone 5 and average heart rate of 181 bpm. by @ernestolends

Te amo muchísimo 🤍 by @ernestolends

Q3 was a little busy around here!

Events, closings, team moments, plenty happening behind the scenes… and somewhere in between, 121 units and $51MM funded.

And of course, we have to give our Q3 Top 3 Producers their moment. Congratulations on an incredible quarter and a well-earned spot at the top!

Bring on the next quarter.
