November Movember Weekend Round! Excited to be at the Khoi DMV Popup in Baltimore this past weekend! A lot of times I’ve had to stop and sit in stillness. To be reminded and grounded. Stillness isn’t empty-it’s where I hear what matters. that I’m not behind in life— I’m becoming. That my pace is my own. That rest isn’t wasted time-it’s sacred time. That my worth isn’t measured by productivity. That I don’t have to earn rest, I just have to come back to myself.
