This independent wine bar, deli and general store in Beeston is the kind of place every neighbourhood should have because you can do a bit of everything here.

🍷 Order wine by the glass or pick up a bottle (including non-alcoholic options)
🧀 Enjoy cheese and charcuterie boards
🥐 Get there early for pastries, freshly baked bread and cakes from local suppliers
🛍️ Take home artisan cheeses (their cheese is very good, and they'll happily let you try before you buy)
🍺 Grab a pint of beer
🫒 Browse shelves packed with olive oil, olives, jams, pâtés, fancy European crisps and more
🍽️ Book onto one of their wine and food events
🥪 Pick up a freshly made sandwich for lunch

Round 2. Friday 30th October. GORA! PINTXOS PARTY

We’ll be getting extra LOOSE for this years Gora! event, with @loosejointsdjs on the decks behind the deli. Immaculate vibes all night long.

If that wasn’t enough. We’ve got @loose____ends shaking up an inspired cocktail menu for you guys. Perfectly paired with our Basque snack menu.

Last years Pintxos party was packed out and we had to turn a lot of people away. So please book early to avoid sad times.

5 YEARS! How time flies when you get to do all things cheese and wine. To celebrate we’re throwing a couple of parties. Starting with this cheese fest. Instead of our usual wine event, October will see us showcasing the cheese. But not to worry, the wine will be flowing!

Yesterday was CARB-HEAVY but brilliant! 🤩 👓 😋 👓

Great day on the road visiting some of the region's top independent bakeries, plus the superb @driverspickles and @essen_generalstore.

I was joined by special guest Liam from Leicestershire's @steepsodaco, our reigning Drinks Producer of the Year. If you haven't tried Steep Sodas, they are absolutely worth seeking out. 🏆

We visited @thetinybakeryle2 in Leicester, Drivers, @cooshbakery in Mapperley, @project, @breadmillbakery in @sneinton_market_avenues (that Umami Bun - wow!)

That wasn't enough, so we finished with a cheeseboard at Essen in Beeston!

These are a few pics from the day.

The only downside is we didn't make it to Baines Bakery in Uppingham. Next time.
