I love giving tours because it’s an opportunity to connect with others about soil! food! pollinators! plants! farming! and so much more.

Acapulco season is here @esteatx 🌊🌊🌊

Once known as the “Pearl of the Pacific,” Acapulco is a historic port in Guerrero, Mexico, known for its vibrant, colorful Acapulqueño seafood.

Since we can’t be there every day, our new chocolata clam set brings a little taste of Acapulco to Este ~

On Tuesday, September 22, we will welcome Chef Ale Kuri of Austin’s Este — the Michelin-recognized seafood restaurant which was named one of the best new restaurants by Esquire, Bon Appétit, and Eater Austin — for a one-night-only dinner, Presented by Resy.

Ale Kuri, a third-generation Lebanese Mexican, combines cultural heritage and culinary expertise. Growing up in Mexico City’s vibrant markets and her family’s catering business, her passion for food flourished.

Ahead of the opening of the forthcoming Middle Eastern concept, Karaz, Chef Kuri and our team will collaborate on a special menu combining Este’s coastal Mexican cuisine, Kara’s Middle Eastern influences, and Suraya’s emphasis on the broader Levant.
