Oh hey! I didn’t do much today but I did start a few DIY home projects to keep myself busy. Healing my ‘inner child’ one #lowes trip at a time. Can you relate?

Not me finally trying to use wig glue after all these years. Usually I just use hair spray on my lace but I’m loving these @boldholdlaceproducts #boldholdactive #wigglue. I applied it, let it dry clear and my wig was STUCK STUCK. Have yall tried this? Sheesh!

Let me know in the comments…are you a wig glue girlie, glueless, or hair spray chick!? I think I’m making the switch! 🤚🏾 by @etcblogmag

Last night was my first game as Head Coach for the @ehsfootballcheer team! It’s such an honor to be a Cheer Mom + Coach this year! Not so bad for my first game — the girls were organized, soooooo cute, uniform, on point, and super talented. The team got a few compliments too even from the football staff. The one that stood out the most is, “The cheerleaders really helped push the boys through the game— especially the first half!” That’s major and makes me so proud!

Special thanks to all the girls on the team, Tara, and also Taylan for your guidance, expertise, and support so far this season! We’re an amazing team! 📣🧡🖤 by @etcblogmag

Listen… I’ve really been sleeping on myself. Literally.

Like, I’ve been sitting on YEARS of skills, experience, creativity, and everything I’ve worked so hard to build since 2013. And the crazy part is… WE built something. Somewhere along this journey, I let the oversaturation get to me. I let the business side of branding and content creation make me overthink partnerships. I let the whole “everything has to be quick, trendy, and right now” culture slow me down. And honestly…just got in my own head. But no more— my life is literally a movie. And the aesthetic? It’s REAL. It’s my actual life. My home. My family. My beauty. My creativity. My everyday little moments. The things I’m figuring out. The things I’m building. The things I love. We don’t need to manufacture a lifestyle for content. WE LIVE the content. Right?

So I’m getting back out there. Not trying to be who I was in 2013 or when I was really popping, but bringing everything I learned from 2013 to NOW with me. I feel like I’m waking back up to myself.

And this isn’t just about me. Don’t sleep on yourself either. Ok? 😌😉 by @etcblogmag

Okay but seriously… WHERE do socks and pillows GO? Because I don’t remember losing either one. Nobody threw them away. They didn’t pack up and move. They just… DISAPPEAR. And somehow I’m always at the store buying ANOTHER cheap pillow like, “Maybe THIS one will be the one.” Well, I’m tired. When @purple reached out and I found out about their #GelFlexGrid pillows, I said okay… let me see what the hype is about. And listen… this pillow is THAT GURL. The quality? The comfort? The whole experience? Yeah. I get it now. I love this pillow and I’m not losing this one. We’ve been through too much together already. #sleeppurple by @etcblogmag

Hey yall! How you doing!? Wyd!? Lol! ☺️🤭 And this is Skylar this time not Taylor! Can you believe it? She finally let me take pics 📸 of her this year! My heart! 🫶🏾✨📣

Soooooo…we’re currently fundraising now until October 2 for new uniforms, team bonding events, snacks, cheer supplies, and all the fun things that make the season EXTRA special! 📣🧡🖤 And listen… Skylar has a little goal of her own! She wants to be the cheerleader with the MOST DONORS! Soooo I’m calling on my girlies, INTERNET AUNTIES, family, friends, cheer moms, cousins, everybody! LOL! If you can donate ANY amount, it would mean so much to Skylar! I’ll add the link to my story and make sure you select “Skylar” as the cheerleader you’re supporting.

No pressure AT ALL — but if you can help my girl shine, we would truly appreciate you! Okay!? Lol! ☺️

Thank yooooouuuu for supporting @lloveskylar_ and @ehswarrior.cheer! 🫶🏾📣🧡🖤 And everyone is invited to her next game! It’s Easton VS Parkside this FRIDAY! It’s going to be a movie. Yaaaaassss! 🏈📣✨🙌🏾💪🏾 by @etcblogmag
