Okay so…

1. It's been a long time since I captioned a post this long, so...
I'm happy I'm singing again (for real).

2. I'm in a really weird mental space right now.

3. I have been actively trying to be happy.

4. These are some of the ballads I grew up with. Filipinos love ballads and karaoke (i think ive said this way too much). You'll see karaoke in every macro and microcosm of the country. From international and national TV to the smallest provinces, towns, barangays, and districts, even at the staff party in your company, you'd find them. And I think that bonds a lot of people there. It's a real thing.

5. I'm witnessing my body change, and I'm seeing the difference. When I stare at myself in the mirror (with intent of talking to my inner self) which is not a normal occasion in the current rat race I'm living in, 😆 I get freaked out because I don't recognize myself anymore. It's scary.

6. Whatever stays, stays; whatever's gone is gone.

7. Give me a show. 😭

Oh oh oh, to be in a space with people who fully celebrate you!
