A pool project can take as little as four weeks or as long as 12 weeks plus.

This completely depends on the scope of work, how quick from acceptance of the proposal to dig date and a number of other factors!

Many items on our projects are custom order and do take a bit longer leadtime, however, as you can see the end result is completely worth it!

Every space, project, and client we work with is unique, but this one had few different things about it!

First, this was our first project in the county and this led to some unique permitting requirements. With all of our projects, we take care of all permits and inspections for our clients!

Second, this new build had a nice large concrete patio beneath the deck. It was our goal to keep that and integrate concrete into the new space to tie it all together. We did that by pouring the linear steppers fit with Brooklyn Stone between each stepper.
This allows us to tie the color of the pavers surrounding the pool to the concrete under the deck. We decided to continue that to a small seating area on the far side of the pool to allow the stepper to continue. We also identified for the client to get in and out of the downstairs garage and the steppers allowed the perfect path!

And number 3, this quarter mile, long driveway produced some unique challenges along the way! Our cycle time on machines was far longer and we tooled up a bit more here due to the extended drive, however the large property also allowed us the luxury of driving our truck and dump trailer right to the backyard every single day which allowed our small tools to be loaded & unloaded easier everyday.

With all of these variables tackled, we learn to serve every unique project & space better!

A happy spring lawn starts with a little fall TLC! 🌿🍁

A winterizer treatment provides essential nutrients that help your grass prepare for winter dormancy and green up quicker when warmer weather returns. 💚

Is it too early to talk about holiday lights? Absolutely not! 😏

The holidays have a sneaky way of showing up FAST, and the best displays don’t happen by accident.

Planning early means more time to dream big, get creative, and make your home the one everyone slows down to admire. 🎄💡

A clean finish matters. 🌱

Our crews don’t just mow and move on. We make sure sidewalks, parking lots, and surrounding areas are cleaned up before we leave.

This is how we do commercial. The ETCH way.
