This song and Beppe are very cute and it's perfect for a children's contest. However amongst all the other entries, this doesn't massively stand out to me. I do really like the video clip though and I'm curious to see how they will translate it onto the stage!

Maybe it's @ttarimax's enthusiasm that has infected me, but I actually think this kinda slaps. It may be slightly repetitive, but in this case I actually think it works to make it more catchy and memorable. It's just so balkan-in-JESC coded in a good way. Mija also seems like she was made for this, combining childlike fun and seemingly natural charismatic professionalism. This definitely deserved a bit more if you ask me.

The bottom two is stronger together🫢 the song is cute but rather forgettable, I already couldn't sing or hum it for you now. The same thing goes for Ireland as for The Netherlands: they really need to step up their songwriting game again. Irish is such a beautiful language in my opinion, so they already have a lot going for then. Also it's not that relevant but this videoclip is so random😭 but to sum it all up, I would be surprised if this makes it out of the bottom three next week.

Yeah no surprises here at all... Maria has a wonderful voice, especially considering her age, but the was done very dirty with her song. It's a textbook example of snoozefest and on top of that, it's full of clichés. That last sentence I feel like I've been saying about our entries for years. Avrotros is in HIGH need of some new songwriters who actually have some soul and creativity because the entire national final was utterly shit this year (except Nolan😍). I hope Avrotros will finally start caring about our entry quality and not just making YouTube content...

Didn't watch the show but from what I have seen, the productional value seemed good. The songs were decent, about what you'd expect from Germany.

I have been OBSESSED with Black Glitter for months now, I just can't get tired of it. Germany finally had the chance to send something outstanding, daring and personal, but in stead they went for another generic girl bop🙄 but anyways, Black Glitter actually has a very common pop song structure, but it still manages to hook me every time and for the entire song. Wavvyboi's charisma definitely plays a role in that as well performance-wise, he was clearly made for this! Really hope to see him try again some time soon because he deserves a much wider audience🖤
I didn't really care much for any of the other songs, but the two I picked for the rest of my top 3 are both quite pleasant.

I think it was already pretty clear I don't like the winner much lol. I'll give it that it is rather catchy, but the first word that comes to mind to describe Fire is 'generic'. It's not innovative or authentic in any way, musically, lyrically or artistically. Germany deservedly flopped with it if you ask me.

I don't remember exactly who recommended me to listen to Contact, but I'm glad I didn't miss it because it's a banger!! The song is simple in base, but the instrumental and progression of the song really keep it interesting for the full three minutes.
I probably picked Let Me Cook because @esc_kyan put it in a bunch of our playlists, so I got a lot more exposure to it. It is rather silly but also genuinely slaps tbh.
I didn't really know what to pick for 3rd place so I just skipped it.

Especially at first, I was rather pissed that Sólo Quiero Más won over Contact!, but over the season I've grown to appreciate it a lot more. Lion Ceccah certainly has a clear creative vision that he manages to bring to life very professionally.

Lullaby is also a huge banger tho. It's right up my alley and very catchy! He also performed very well so I don't see why this came only 6th, like how tf was RiSe better than this or Frankenstein🤡

Do I think picking Ferto for Eurovision was the best option? Yes. Would it also have been an ICONIC return from Koza Mostra with Bulletproof? Hell yeah!! The instrumental is so cool and they have a great stage presence together. It would've been cool to see how this had been translated to the Eurovision stage. I'm not mad at all with Ferto winning though, because it feels so authentic to Akylas and Greece FINALLY sent something more out there!! Finally, Labyrinth is just a pleasant, pretty pop song that I happen to enjoy quite a bit.
