Intentionality.

The Lord had put that word on my heart. I’ve had the opportunity to go to Kenya three times over the last three years, and as I reflect overall on all these trips especially this past one, one word keeps coming to mind: intentionality

I’ve realized that so many relationships and connections I’ve built in Kenya have started with intentionality. Choosing to slow down, asking deeper questions, genuinely getting to know someone, and with a goal of being able to talk about Jesus and where they stand in their faith.

While reflecting, I’ve realized how often I lack that same intentionality in my everyday life. I move from conversation to conversation just going through the motions so often instead of investing in the people God has placed around me.

Even though I’ve only spent a few weeks in Kenya, some of the relationships I’ve been able to build there feel stronger and more genuine than relationships I’ve had with people I’ve known for years. Realizing this has caused me to think a lot.

My biggest takeaway from this trip is simple: be intentional. With your conversations, your friendships, your time, and the opportunities God gives you to love and point people to Him.

Rest is essential.
Rest ≠ distraction.
Rest = equipping + restoring.
Instruction follows rest.
Help follows instruction.

This shirt is more than clothing—it’s a mission.

“Ekklesia” means the Church. Not a building, but the people. Us.
We are called to live it out every day.

The back represents the mission God has called us into—the Great Commission—to go and make disciples of all nations.
This summer I’ll be heading to Kenya to serve, share the gospel, and live out Matthew 28:19–20.

Every shirt purchased helps fund that mission.
