2025 - the best year of my life so far.

This is the year that I finally accomplished so dreams, goals and ambitions.
I competed for the first time, taking home 🥈
The year I proposed to my better half @katie.mcanerney
The year we bought our first home, way before we ever expected to and way better than we had ever dreamed.
And we also got a little traveling in there too ✈️

One thing we had to make certain during @_ethangym show prep was limiting stress.

Prepping for a show is already physically taxing, so if we can do anything to reduce mental fatigue/stress then we will.

All I wanted Ethan to do was focus on execution, he had goals to hit daily and I didn’t want him worrying about anything else.

As a coach it’s my job to monitor the visuals while my clients get locked in, no confusion, no second guessing. The game plan is set, and we push forward 📈 taken in Glasgow, Scotland by @ethanadamsonn

Extremely buzzing with yesterdays performance at the @pca_official FT4.

2nd place and an invite to the British finals in the biggest junior line up of the season so far.

My time on stage lit a serious fire, I loved every second of it and truly felt like I belonged up there.

I can’t thank @katie.mcanerney enough for putting up with me over the last 25 weeks, keeping me sane and dealing with my dramatic tiredness. I genuinely wouldn’t have succeeded without her. Now onto a controlled reverse to make sure we can enjoy the holiday in good nick. Reckon after sacrificing half a year for me to pursue this goal she deserves my 100% focus.

Also be remiss if I didn’t thank @coach.keaton for guiding me through this whole process. Keeping me in check the entire time and making sure that I didn’t overthink it. He took on full responsibility and had me simply follow the plan. Turns out if you do that you succeed 👀 Thanks for making the trip all the way down to keep me right on show day. (I was an overthinking mess 🤣)

Thanks to @maccamorrice_ for literally teaching me how to pose. Before he came in I had literally no ability to hold a pose and after 25 weeks of graft I’d argue I was the best poser on stage in my class. So if you compete or are considering it hit him up to look like you belong in the division.

Thanks to the family for coming all the way down to Derby to support me in the biggest decision i’ve ever made. Definitely made the winter steps worth it to have them there with me to celebrate.

Insane Transformation from @nathan.king06 100KG - 78KG!

Nathan came to me unhappy with the way he looked, wanting to drop body fat and improve in the gym. I think it’s fair to say he’s nailed it. Away on holiday before coming back and continuing his journey alone taking what he’s learnt and executing what I believe will be a great gaining phase.
