12 week prep initially started as just a tidy up phase Romeo was so responsive didn’t take much convincing we sent the full prep and it couldn’t of gone any better

New plans set few weeks to recover then rebound phase and straight into a gaining phase as we have our eyes set on bodybuilding comps 2027

Quad session 3.5 weeks out

Beautiful session connection was honestly the best I’ve ever felt, maintaining the logbook at this point no progression but no losses I’d say execution last couple of weeks has been the best it’s been tbf

Training is like archery each set every rep needs to count 🎯

Mind and body are in sync more work to do

Second session back woke up 1kilo heavier from show day morning nice off plan meal with family now we back to digging

Cardio at 45 fasted | 30 post workout

Macros:

TD - PRO 227 | CARB 99 | FAT 23

NTD - PRO 217 | CARB 44 | FAT 40

High day x 1 per week

6 weeks till finals I’ve built the muscle now I need to be truly peeled for the first time a lot of pressure but pressure is needed now to reach a whole new level for myself
