Turning 30 made me realise every chapter of my life had a purpose I couldn’t see at the time

This morning I went for a walk with Chai and spent some time reflecting on the last decade

The biggest thing I realised was that not a single part of my twenties was wasted

Not being made redundant from Quantity Surveying
Not dedicating 10 years to bodybuilding
Not putting the rest of life on hold because of coaching
Not moving to Dubai and feeling like a fisher out of water
Not stepping back from a successful business
Not moving back to the UK in the war

None of it was ‘bad’

Of course at the time I could never believe that

I questioned almost all of it

But it’s only now I can see the hardest seasons were building a perspective I could have never gained through playing it safe alone

Incredibly grateful for every person who’s been
part of my journey so far

Here’s to the next decade ❤️

If you coach people, take note.

Physique coaching was never just about changing how someone looked

It was about who they became in the process 🧠

The self-confidence
The proof of doing hard things irrespective of mood
The development of mental resilience
The self trust from seeing a goal through

None of that happened because they got leaner

It came from learning to do something HARD and actually following it through

Discipline is what changes how someone sees themselves, not what they look like in the mirror

The real power of physique coaching?

You stop being the person who says they’ll do something and never does

You become the person who backs themselves even when other people don’t

You build proof that you can set a goal, embrace challenge, and see it through

That’s why physique coaching matters.

But it’s also why physique-only coaching eventually stops feeling like enough

Because you realise those traits shouldn’t be isolated to changing your physique

They should be carried across into every part of your life

And that is exactly what led me to the Identity Engineering framework

Yesterday was the first time this genuinely started to feel real @coachcreator_

For years I’ve helped people transform their lives through coaching

But most people think physique coaching only changes how someone looks

But the real transformation I seen in my guys when they embraced challenge and continued to become a better version of themselves

Was an identity level transformation

And that shift in someone’s self image and confidence is one that infiltrates into every single area of their life

But if you asked me 12 months ago HOW that transformation actually happened

I would never have been able to explain it

Over the last year that became an obsession of mine

To reverse engineer the process of identity transformation into a repeatable framework that other coaches install

A process that combines mental and physical performance into one transformation path

And seeing that penny drop in real time yesterday was genuinely one of the most fulfilling moments I’ve had in my career

This has become way more than just a business to me

It’s become a genuine purpose

Something I believe the world needs more than ever right now

As never has their been a more important time to develop mental resilience
