In “Tintin” books, it would say from 7 to 77 years old.. At Jnane Tamsa, our youngest guests were twins of 12 weeks and older guests, a phenomenal couple from the US, 96 and 99 years old.. They left saying we are coming back next year with our older siblings...We are so blessed that at whatever age, guests enjoy the sense of freedom and the blissful energy of our grounds..

With the beautiful summer days, our saltwater pools are more blissful than ever.. The shade of our verdant vegetation calls for a comfortable armchair to read a good book, with a signature cocktail in hand.. Our day passes now have a standard version and a deluxe version... book to find out.. !!!

With all the lessons plants have to teach us, gardens are a rich place of learning. We experienced this last week when 25 Um Mami trainees spent the day cultivating, harvesting and cooking at @jnanetamsna. Um Mami is a Marrakech culinary centre whose aim “is to use food as a lever for social change by improving young people’s employment opportunities”. It is an initiative of Melting Pot Foundation created in 2011 by Danish entrepreneur Claus Meyer, co-founder of the famed Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, with the goal of creating social change through food in Denmark and abroad.

Guided by chefs Andrew Cibej, Marie-Sophie Groenlund and Simo Boudarbala, the chefs-in-training created a vegetarian feast with fresh produce – organic aubergine, beets, green beans, leeks, okra and tomatoes – from our land and the raised beds in our garden. Before donning their aprons, they learned about maintaining soil fertility with organic matter and vermicompost, and they planted red habanero and yellow fatalii peppers.
