POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Just a few more months until montreal feels like this again!☀️✨

With showcase season in full swing I couldn’t help but revisit some memories from two years ago ❤️ definitely top 10 experiences of my life. Took my two years to process how surreal it was but hey- better late than never..right? Definitely feeling proud seeing how this show makes people feel. Makes all the tough times worth it.

So many people I love in this video ❤️

More than a comedy show. It’s an experience-it’s a community & it’s all Montreal.

Facebook memories really wake up every morning excited to ruin your day.

Sometimes it’s a status that should’ve stayed a thought. Sometimes it’s a picture you had absolutely no business uploading. And sometimes you actually looked incredible, which somehow makes the notification even more offensive. Thank you, Facebook

Facebook is the only one excited about these memories. The rest of us did not request a reunion with every version of ourselves that had internet access.

On Barely Edited, Bianca and @evaalexocomedy get into Facebook memories, embarrassing old posts, and the very millennial experience of having your teenage confidence preserved online long after your judgment improved. We thought we were updating our status. Apparently, we were submitting permanent evidence.

A little nostalgia is cute. An unsolicited retrospective of my questionable decisions? I’m going to pass.

Watch Comedy After Chaos, the full episode of our Montréal-based podcast Barely Edited, for the rest of the conversation.

Are you even a millennial if you haven’t dated a drug dealer? 😂

On this week’s episode of the Barely Edited Podcast, “Comedy After Chaos,” @evaalexocomedy tells us about the guy she dated and introduced to her parents as a doctor. Technically, he did write prescriptions. Then I had a very uncomfortable realization about pretty much every ex boyfriend I’ve ever had.

We get into millennial dating, the lies we told our parents, the red flags we ignored, and why we can laugh about all of it now. If you’ve ever dated someone your family absolutely could not know the truth about, this one’s for you.

“Comedy After Chaos” is out now. Watch the full episode of the Barely Edited Podcast on YouTube and listen on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Link in bio.

Tell us in the comments: what did YOU tell your parents your ex did for a living? 👇 by @evaalexocomedy

Raised by Europeans means your therapist was a kitchen table and a wooden spoon. European parents don’t believe in therapy when they’re usually the reason we need it 😂 Joking aside, there’s still so much shame around getting help, and @evaalexocomedy and I talk about why.

Listen to the full convo on Barely Edited this Tuesday🤏🏻
