A great weekend and a great way to start the outdoor track season for the CBA track team out at California’s Arcadia Invitational. Alex ran what equated to 3 outdoor PR’s in a 20 hour span:

9:10 3200
4:17 full mile.
1:58 800 It was amazing to watch you and your teammates! So proud of you Alex 💙🏃‍♂️🥇🔥 Let’s go Colts! by @evamastroly

Shared every year the night before September 11,2001. On this night 24 years ago 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift of saving lives. None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. Tonight as you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted. #9/11
