Sometimes people private message me and ask, “How do you cook such good food so often and enjoy drinks and still stay fit?” (See reels)

80/20 rule

80% of the time I eat as clean as possible and work out, and 20% I indulge.

Having shared that, it doesn’t mean when I’m drinking alcohol I still can’t be that 80% healthy.

Take exhibit A

@scoutandcellar wine products are organic, sustainable, have no added sugar, and no added whatever other stuff that can be found in alcohol.

So when I drink it, I don’t get bloated, my body is able to digest better, and I believe I get the health benefits that can be found in alcohol in moderation. After all, it is fermented, and fermented food and drinks have health benefits, including probiotics.

P.S. I don’t get any royalties from any products. I just love supporting good people who work for companies that are doing the right thing.

Reach out to my good friend @evamastroly who reps @scoutandcellar, who was introduced to me by my good friend Danielle. (Surround yourself with great people and great things happen for you.)

Let me know if you want to host a Friends & Family Health & Happiness Party where you can sample these delicious, healthier wines.

When I’m not enjoying a can of rosé on the beach, I’m a Motivational Leadership & Wellness Speaker. Message me or go to my website and ask me to speak to your company, school, group.

I’m also a Life Coach that helps people eat better, exercise smarter, get motivated, and take control of their life. Message me or go to my website and let’s talk about helping you look and feel your best.
