You’re looking at the next two ADCC Trials winners.

-66kg 🏆

-99kg 🏆

@trev_the_trainer jiu-jitsu is great to watch. Always hunting the submission, well-rounded, and very sharp with his technique. Since getting his black belt under me, most of his wins have come by finish.

@evan.rosborough is a former All-American wrestler with strong wrestling and heavy top pressure, and he’s been getting great results in competition.

Both of them stepped up and helped me a lot preparing for my ADCC match. And that process also pushed them, and their standard has clearly risen.

These two are ready. When the time comes, I’ll be right there supporting them as they punch their way into ADCC. 💪💪

This is a little different from what I normally post, but it’s something I care deeply about.

I’m proud to serve as an advisor to @tententenorg , an organization built around an ambitious goal: for the United States to become a Top 10 nation in healthcare outcomes, while spending less than 10% of GDP on healthcare, within 10 years.

To put the challenge in perspective, the TenTenTen Index currently ranks the United States 48th out of 183 countries in health outcomes, while we spend 18.5% of our GDP on healthcare, the second-highest share among the 183 countries measured.

For me, this work sits at the intersection of two things I care deeply about: civic engagement and operational efficiency. It also directly connects with the focus of my career in healthcare administration.

I believe we can build a healthcare system that delivers better outcomes, operates more efficiently, and serves people better. I also unequivocally believe that healthcare is a human right, and that no person should go untreated when treatment is available.

TenTenTen has set an enormous goal. But meaningful change often starts with people willing to pursue goals that seem enormous.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute and hopefully play a small role in building a better healthcare system for everyone. by @evan.rosborough

What a journey it’s been.

I’ve taken a pretty unconventional path since my days at Riverside, but I’ve always tried to follow my own direction and make the most of wherever it led me. I’m incredibly grateful for the coaches, teammates, friends, and family who have been part of that journey.

Truly honored to be inducted into the Riverside Hall of Fame.

Sometimes you get to compete. Other times, you get to stand in the corner, learn, and watch the people you care about chase their goals.

This week, I had the opportunity to corner my brother @yurisimoesdasilva as he won his 4th ADCC title. Training alongside you throughout this camp and getting to see firsthand what goes into performing at the highest level has been an experience I’ll never forget. Congratulations, Yuri. Four-time ADCC Champion.

I also got to spend the week training alongside my brother @brandonreed001. I know it wasn’t the result you wanted, but anyone who knows you knows the work you put into this sport. You’re an incredible athlete and an even better person. I look forward to standing by your side when your title comes.

Outside of the competition, I made lifelong friends, shared some unforgettable experiences, and got to explore the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland.

I came here to support my brothers, but I’m leaving with a lot more than I came with. I learned, I got inspired, and I was reminded how badly I want it for myself.

Time to get back to work.

Thank you to @goldbjj for always keeping me fresh in the best gear in BJJ! taken in Kraków, Poland by @evan.rosborough

HISTORY MADE. 🏆

Last night, @yurisimoesdasilva added another incredible chapter to his ADCC legacy:

2015 — -88kg Champion
2017 — -99kg Champion
2022 — Absolute Champion
2026 — ADCC Superfight Champion

But this title means even more because of what happened before the lights came on.

After two years away, multiple injuries and a long rebuilding process involving his shoulder, knee and lower back, Yuri fought his way back to elite level. Then adversity hit again: another shoulder issue two weeks before the fight and a hamstring injury in the final week.

Most athletes would have been out.

Yuri found a way.

During the match, he felt both injuries and still managed to impose his power, speed, technique and wrestling. At moments, he was practically fighting with one arm and one leg — and still overpowering his opponent.

That says everything about this athlete.

This victory was also the result of a special combination of coaches:

@caioterrabjj — elite technical knowledge and Jiu-Jitsu.
@evan.rosborough — exceptional wrestling work and preparation.
And my role was to bring together physical preparation, recover and performance so Yuri could express all these qualities when it mattered most.

Yuri. Caio. Evan. Benkei.
Four people. One mission.

This was one of the most meaningful camps of my career, and standing in that corner was something I will never forget.

I hope this is only the first of many victories for this group together — in ADCC, grappling, MMA and whatever comes next.

A special thank you to @pitbullfightwear for believing in Yuri and supporting this camp, and to @adcc_official for the stage where history was made.

Talent opens the door.
Work, belief and the right team make history.

AYO… MEET THE SQUAD. 😎

That’s the crew right there.
Everybody cool. Everybody solid.
Ain’t nobody gotta talk too much —
the résumé already loud.

One got the wrestling.
One got the hands.
One got the jiu-jitsu.
One got the game plan.
Everybody got a job. 😂

And that big homie in the ADCC shirt?
Yeah… that’s Yuri Simões.

Three world titles already in the crib. 🏆🏆🏆
Came to Kraków looking for another one.

We ain’t saying we the nicest crew in Poland…
but we pretty damn friendly. 😎

No Hollywood.
No fake tough guys.
Just the homies, a little disrespectful humor,
and some serious business on Sunday.

Fourth one loading. 👑

Kraków, Poland 🇵🇱
Team Simões is in the building.

Real ones know the vibe.

THE @INDOMITUSBJJ EXPERIENCE 🔥

Coach @yurisimoesdasilva is on fire! The preparation for the ADCC Superfight is in full swing, and what we’re seeing is just the beginning of something historic.

Every session, every detail, every drop of sweat, it all points to one goal: stepping onto the podium and representing the rawest level of Jiu-Jitsu. If you were here watching this journey from close, you would just know that this is going to be epic.
7 MORE WEEKS TO GO!!
