I am now an official @protectionracket artist

Anyone who has spoken to me about flying for tours knows how much I have always recommended and praised Protection Racket. I have never once had any issues with my gear while flying or travelling no matter how they are can be handled by Airlines. These cases have made my life so much easier and I can always count on my gear to be in perfect condition and safe

It’s an honour to be a Protection Racket artists alongside bands such as Conjurer, Smashing Pumpkins, Silverchair, Biffy Clyro, Jamie Lenman and Slipknot

Massive thanks to @protectionracketdeano for the trust and support

Evan Prendergast of @wornoutnoise and @uncultivates discovered the @vaterdrumsticks Los Angeles 5A Nylon, and made the switch!

"It is an honour to be part of such an incredible company as Vater. Having grown up being inspired by so many drummers on the roster it's an amazing feeling to now be part of it all. The Los Angeles 5AN sticks are my go-to for everything. Perfect weight and feel as well as sturdy enough to take a beating!"

The term “local show” is always thrown around like it’s some kind of dirty word. Like it’s a stamp of low level entertainment that isn’t on the level of a touring bands show. I’ve always thought that to be utter scutter. If you treat a local show with the same respect as a bigger show, give the people paying money for the show the respect of ensuring a top quality night from the bands to the sound and everything in between then you’ll turn the term “local show” into something your scene should be saying with pride

Ireland has incredible bands that deserve to be showcased properly. If you think of the size of Ireland and the sheer amount of excellent bands we have that could go toe to toe with any international touring band it’s quite impressive.

Anyway, support your scene, bands and promoters that give a shit

I decided to enter a Calesthenics competition on a whim just to push myself and to see where I was with my strength in general. Hit a few PB’s and managed to place in 3rd which took me completely by surprise. I’m proud of myself for deciding to look after myself more. It’s good to be able to see improvement in my strength from where I was

Back to London this Saturday to help our friends @burnermetal launch their new album “No One Is Coming To Save Us” which comes out on Friday. I’m very proud of what the lads have done. The album is incredible and they deserve the absolute best.

Grab your tickets and come down to @lowerthirdsoho to see us @burnermetal and @beyondextinction and have a belter of a night.
