💀 5 Years of Dead Cult 💀

It’s hard to believe we launched Five years ago. It feels both much longer and much shorter. Through everything we have always been able to count on all of you who show up and prove the Cork scene is built differently. I’m massively proud to bring bands from around the country, From the US, EU and UK to Cork and see their reactions to our scene. I’ll never get tired of that

Thank you to all the Bands, engineers, photographers, artists, door staff, security, venues and ticket buyers for helping us make this happen

Thanks for an amazing five years. We’ve barely even started

Why not celebrate by picking up a ticket for any of our upcoming shows from eventbrite

New episode is out now!
Today on the podcast I am delighted to announce that @evaninka will be making his return on the podcast!

Normally having a guest on like Evan, we would be focusing on his work with his bands Low Violent, Uncultivates and Worn Out but for this particular episode, the primary focus is going to be about how Evan is the proud owner of @Deadcultpromotions , a staple of the Metal, Hardcore, Punk and Alternative music scene here in Ireland.

I'll be chatting with Evan about why he started Dead Cult in the first place, how he built it up to what it is now, what are some of the major things he's learned along the way, what he looks for in band's to put on and what the ethos of Dead Cult is all about.

There has been many mornings where I've looked at my Instagram stories to see incredible shows after shows that Dead Cult put, it was a huge pleasure to have Evan back on to pick his brain about the inner workings of putting on shows.

The next Dead Cult show is tomorrow night in Dali, Cork where they will be putting on the first date of the Irish and UK Tour for a American Hardcore band SPACED with fellow American Hardcore band Dry Socket, Stanton's Grave and Poser. Tickets are available for the show through Eventbrite!

The episode is available now on most major podcast streaming services!

ArcTanGent 2026 🖤

as always I was having way too much fun at the festival and didn’t take nearly enough photos, but the absolute craic was had ✨ so proud of @evaninka and the @wornoutnoise boyz for packing out the tent at their 11am set, can’t believe I finally got to see @primusville 🐷

I met so many wonderful people, the vibes at this festival were immaculate with such a general respect for the crowd and for the land onsite. thank you @arctangentfestival for running my dancing feet ragged 🖤

dont have the words. best weekend ever. 💜

if you told 16 year old me that they'd be friends with bands they loved and would be able to see and meet so many inspirations so frequently they'd call you full of shit.

thank you everyone, especially @jamestreesatg for always being lovely and approachable and putting this whole thing on for everyone to come to. @cherrykate196 for always being so kind to me and for hooking me up w an artist bar pass this year (and for making blossom and fleshwork ofc). @massofthefermentingdregs for initially dragging me down to arctangent all those years ago and kickstarting my love for this festival and scene.

and obviously thank you to Evan, Sam, Lu, Josh, Joe, Kit, Lilly, Brady, Luke, Ollie, Adam, Cian, Xander, Anna, Bella, Izzy, Liam, Stu, Ari, Gin and everyone else I hung out with over this weekend, ALWAYS such an enjoyable 4 days every year.

leaving fernhill is such a shame but i already know 2027 is going to be an amazing start to a new chapter of ATG and I'm so happy to have been able to walk away on such a high note. same time next year yeah?
