It’s still hard to put into words what this training has been like. All I know for now is that it has been hard and deeply transformative, and that it will impact my practice and my teachings in ways I haven’t yet discovered. No pictures will do justice to what it was and felt like, the depth of knowledge, the internal shifts, everything that has happened inside.

Asana is a very tiny part of everything we’ve been given, but practicing alongside yogis with the most advanced practices I’ve seen in my life was surely motivation to grow. All I need now is time, time to process, time to go through it all again, time to explore, learn and learn and learn. As a promise to my students, I’ll never stop trying to improve myself and my teachings, and to offer you yoga that is real and authentic. And hey, as teacher Lappa would say: practice, practice, practice and… don’t die undeveloped 😉 taken in Vikasa Yoga Teacher Training by @evaregelin

Happy new year everyone
