POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are moments in business that feel too big for words… and being voted Best Event Planner in Charleston by you all & the Charleston City Paper is one of them.

If you know me, you know I’m not someone who usually stops to brag on myself. I’m much more comfortable behind the scenes—moving tables, solving problems, fluffing linens, answering last minute texts, and making sure every single guest feels something special the moment they walk through the door. But today, I’m allowing myself to pause and truly soak this in.

To every vendor, corporate client, private client, creative partner, friend, family member, and supporter who voted for The Event Cooperative—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than you will ever know.

When I started this company, the vision was simple: create unforgettable experiences that leave lasting impressions and make people feel genuinely cared for. Whether it’s a large-scale market, a nonprofit gala, an intimate celebration, or a community event, the mission has always been the same—to create moments people carry with them long after the event ends.

What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that so many of our clients become friends. The long hours, late nights, endless logistics, early mornings, and hard work are always worth it when we get to celebrate life’s biggest moments alongside people we truly care about.

This award belongs to every single person who has trusted us with their vision and allowed us to bring it to life. Thank you for believing in me, believing in our team, and helping this dream continue to grow into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Charleston, thank you for letting us create magic for you. ✨

It takes a strong community, strategic partnerships, and a shared commitment to success. That’s why we want to take a moment to extend our deepest appreciation to the incredible local businesses that helped make our biggest market event of the year, the @holycityholidaymarket a phenomenal success!

In 2024, we sprawled across three amazing Park Circle locations:

@holycitybrewing @theporterroom @fireflydistillery and @thestationparkcircle

These spaces were overflowing with holiday cheer, buzzing with excited shoppers, and brimming with the entrepreneurial energy that makes our community so special. It was a record-breaking day for all involved, proving once again that when local businesses come together, we all win.

To our business partners—**thank you!** Your support, collaboration, and shared vision make events like these possible. Your commitment to providing vibrant, welcoming spaces for small businesses and artisans fuels our growth and strengthens our local economy.

Here’s to another year of partnership, prosperity, and community-driven success. We appreciate you!

And an extra big thank you as always to @pecheney for his wonderful photography coverage!

We’re delighted to announce our 2026 Art on the Beach Featured Artist, Lisa Anne Tindal! Her featured piece, “Love Remains”, will be on display at Art on the Beach this November.

@lisa_anneart is inspired by the redemptive themes in the experiences of others. Her paintings of women are created in hopes of conveying strength and courage in her figures as well as inviting an emotional response in the viewer. Lisa Anne returned to art in her fifties following retirement. Her life experiences, her work with families in distress, her faith and her belief in the therapeutic value of art are influential in her commitment to painting. Her aim is to “offer hope” to others through her paintings created in a quietly confident way.

All artwork displayed at Art on the Beach is available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds supporting @charlestonprobono and our mission to provide free civil legal aid to families in Charleston County. ⚖️

Last call tickets on sale now — see you there on Sunday, November 8th! 🎟️ taken in Sullivan's Island, South Carolina by @eventcooperative

🚨 Attention Vendors:

So many of you ask how to get involved with our markets. And the answer is simple, no gatekeeping here.

All OPEN apps are live on our Linktree. 🌳 you know the one, the 🔗 under our name.

If the application is still up, we are still accepting vendors, it may be waitlist but it’s always worth applying. We always want to place the vendors where they will be best suited. It’s all for y’all!
