Please join us in welcoming Chef Jamie Lynch and @tempestcharleston to Art on the Beach 2026 ☀️🌴 @chefjamielynch is an acclaimed chef and restaurateur known for his inventive style and influence on Charleston’s culinary scene. After training in some of the country’s most respected kitchens, Jamie has become one of the Southeast’s most recognized chefs. He has appeared three times on Bravo’s Top Chef, competing on Season 14 and Top Chef All-Stars Season 17, and later returning as a guest judge on season 23. His restaurants have expanded across multiple cities, and his Charleston restaurant Tempest was named #1 Best New Restaurant in the United States by readers of USA Today’s travel guide, 10Best. Located on Market Street, in the former historic Harriott Pinckney Home for Sailors, Tempest features hyper-local, sustainable Coastal Modern-American food. Art on the Beach wouldn’t be possible without our fantastic chefs, artists, and homeowners. All funds raised support @charlestonprobono and help bridge the justice gap in Charleston. We usually don’t announce our tour stops ahead of time, but we just couldn’t keep this one to ourselves! 🫣 We’re beyond thrilled to reveal that Mugdock Castle will be a special Art on the Beach venue this year. Mugdock Castle is an iconic Sullivan’s Island landmark comprised of a Gothic-style Winter Hall (c. 1891) and a Romanesque Summer Hall (c. 2009) to form a one-of-a-kind Lowcountry beach castle. Even more fun, it will also be the site of our VIP party! If you haven’t snagged your VIP tickets yet, we’re down to less than 30 so now’s the time. Can’t wait to see you there! ☀️🌴

💜🐔 MONDAY MOOD: A LITTLE FRIZZLED, A LITTLE FRAZZLED, AND JUST TRYING TO KEEP IT TOGETHER. 😂 Happy Monday (what’s left of it)! Welcome to a brand-new week at Alchemy & Fire Candle Co.! If your weekend was anything like ours, you might still be trying to dry out, regroup, and figure out what the heck just happened. 🌧️😅 Between the effects of Hurricane Isaias, all the rain and flooding, and markets getting canceled, this past weekend definitely didn’t go according to plan. Mother Nature said, “Not today, folks,” and apparently didn’t care one bit about anybody’s schedule. 🙃 So if you’re feeling a little like my new frizzled feathered friend here, just know you’re in good company. Some Mondays call for big goals and fresh starts. 🍂🎃 HELLO, OCTOBER. 🎃🍂 It doesn’t matter what the thermostat says. It doesn’t matter that Mother Nature is still apparently confused. It’s October, so it’s officially FALL. We don’t make the rules. 😉 We would prefer our fall weather to come with a little less humidity and a lot more crisp air, but until the weather gets its act together, we’re bringing the fall vibes ourselves. 🍁🕯️ Think cozy scents, spooky season, fall favorites, and all the things that make us want to light a candle, grab a blanket, and pretend we live somewhere with actual sweater weather. Lil’ fact about me, I believe in 🪄 magic, but I’ll admit, I had to phone a friend to be schooled on the HP houses… no I have not read the books, yes I’ve seen snippets of the movies… no my childhood wasn’t all bad 🤣
