POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

While we’ve been a little quiet on here, Ryan has been busy behind the scenes — coaching, planning, analysing and working closely with his athletes to help them take the next step.

Six months ago, @sj_theron_cycling began working with Ryan. Since then, the two have put in the work — building, refining and chasing the small gains that add up when it matters most.

SJ recently took on some of South Africa’s biggest events in his age group and came away with a clean sweep:

🥇 2026 SA Youth Road Championships — Crit
🥇 2026 SA Youth Road Championships — Time Trial
🥇 2026 SA Youth Road Championships — Road Race
🥇 SA Interprovincial National Finals
🥇 SA School MTB Nationals

The results are SJ’s — earned through talent, commitment and a huge amount of hard work. But being part of the process behind those results is exactly what EVER RYDE is about.

Huge congratulations, SJ. We’re incredibly proud to be part of the journey.

And we’re only getting started.

Let’s go further together. 🚴‍♂️ by @everryde

How the race was won.

1️⃣ The right plan
2️⃣ Clear communication
3️⃣ Total commitment to the plan
4️⃣ Perfect execution

That’s how races are won.

Not luck.
Preparation meeting opportunity.

Winning rarely comes from strength alone.

It comes from the right preparation and trust in the process. 🏁

Cycling gave me more than just results.
It gave me discipline, perspective, and a global community.

After years racing at the highest level of professional cycling, I’ve seen what truly helps riders progress — and what’s missing once the race ends.

EVER RYDE was created to bridge that gap.

A platform built for riders who want more than just numbers: coaching, collaboration, shared experiences, and access to the sport beyond race day.

This is just the beginning.
Let’s go further, together.
