What would you do if someone suddenly collapsed and stopped breathing?

Knowing how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator could help save a life. That’s why this Restart a Heart Day, we’re supporting the campaign to help more people feel confident learning these potentially lifesaving skills.

As a leisure community, we’re proud to play our part in raising awareness and helping people understand that you don’t have to be a medical professional to make a difference.

Take a few minutes to learn the basics. You never know when you might need them.

Some more BTS of the works that were happening in the centre, you may have seen that along with the refurbishment, there’s been a new lick of paint added to some areas!

We really love the new gym but we are open to feedback, comment the good and the bad and we will take it all in! (mainly the good though please that would be lovely)
