Your stories spark the conversation - if you feel able to, please share them with us.

‼️It’s crucial that we face the reality of what young people and children are experiencing - it’s crucial that we bridge the generational gap. It’s crucial that as young people we show the adults in our life what we are experiencing everyday online.

We are told our school days are the best of our life, but that isn’t the case for children who have experienced AI-accelerated sexual harm.

Today’s children are facing with a new reality - deepfakes, nudifying apps, AI companions chatbots, leaving them with negative experiences which impact them for the rest of their lives. When we were growing up it was Snapchat nudes being sent round like wildlife - now AI is amplifying the surface area of harm. Share this post, talk to your friends, your kids, your mum or dad - AI harm touches all of our lives.

The new Judicial Advisory Commission has appointed ten new High Court judges. All ten are white and only one of them is a woman.

When the identities and lived experiences of those who make important decisions do not reflect the diversity and needs of our society - structural inequalities are upheld and sustained.

In a world that is rife with misogyny and racism and that systematically disregards survivors of sexual violence, this appointment is a reminder of whose voices continue to be overlooked.

AI isn't creating misogyny. It's accelerating it.

New research from @everyonesinvited shows how AI is changing the way young people experience the world when it comes to relationships and sexual harm. And when that's happening early, and as a part of everyday life, prevention can often start after the harm has already happened.

Young people need the tools to understand it, navigate it, and challenge it.

We're here to help. taken in London, United Kingdom by @everyonesinvited

This piece by Sally Weale in the Guardian highlights the stark reality: currently there are more than four sexual offences a day against under 13s reported to police.

Rape culture impacts us from such an early age. The news in the last two weeks alone has been horrific - this is happening to too many of us.

Dear Survivors,

What we’ve seen over the last week is a horrifying, stark reminder that rape culture continues to be a problem across all levels of society. So many of us feel angry, disappointed, sad and horrified that such horrific acts of violence continue to be dismissed and accepted.

If you are a survivor, we want you to know that we believe you and we hear you. Your stories have been the catalyst for monumental change, and we will not stop demanding change until these terrifying acts of violence are condemned for what they are. If you would like to, we invite you to share your story on our anonymous online Safe Space.

We are all Jane Doe💙
