(3/3) Naturally, we wanted to make things fly. So we had lots of fun for the take away pieces. So for @mafcanada Beyond Ordinary campaign, we leaned into travel and a little hands-on fun with foldable paper airplanes and packaging for a custom LEGO plane. A die-cut landscape brochure and travel-inspired postcards rounded out the adventure. Each postcard highlighted a MAF destination with a different kind of invitation: “…is one of the many places we serve.” Then came then t-shirts, stickers, pens etc. Plenty to take home and a few things to send across the room. by @everyotherstudio

(2/3) Big adventures take all kinds of skills. So for @mafcanada Beyond Ordinary campaign, we created a series of custom illustrations highlighting the people who make it happen, from flying planes to keeping the tech running.

We also designed flexible event displays that could go big or pack small, bringing the same adventurous spirit to larger booth setups and compact pop-ups. by @everyotherstudio

(1/3) Last fall, we teamed up with @mafcanada for a recruitment campaign to inspire a new generation of teachers, IT developers, pilots, and aircraft maintenance engineers with a taste for adventure.

Through a brand workshop, we shaped a bold, technical identity with an adventurous spirit. “Beyond Ordinary” became both the campaign’s positioning line and its wordmark, capturing the possibilities of careers that are anything but conventional.

We then built a playground of interlocking geometric landscapes. The plane stayed small, the scenery went big, and every composition made room for a little adventure. by @everyotherstudio

We had the absolute honour of designing the logo for @youthrise.yeg new scholarship program, created to carry forward the legacy of founding member Dr. Efa Etoroma. This one meant a lot to us, not only because of his impact, but because he was also the father of one of our dear friends. taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @everyotherstudio

To bring more personality into the system, we developed custom typography for the titles and paired the structured grid with a warm, expressive typeface. That contrast helped the fundraiser feel inviting, celebratory, and human. The result was a visual identity that felt fresh and meaningful. 3/3 taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @everyotherstudio

For @youthrise.yeg 5th annual fundraiser, the identity was built around one simple shape: the square. We used it as a symbol of coming together. Many parts forming something bigger as well as the old proverb “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together” as our platform. With a reduced palette of off-white and black, the visual system pulled from things that naturally stack, connect, and build: blocks, stitch patterns, bitmap textures, and grid-based forms. Every photo and illustration was constructed through squares, creating a cohesive identity that felt intentional from every angle. 2/3

We’re a little behind on case studies (like really behind 😭), but this one is definitely worth sharing for a few reasons: First, because the @youthrise.yeg team trusted us with a concept that was simple, bold, and a little unexpected. Second, because the work went on to win a couple of awards, which is always a fun bonus. But most importantly, because the fundraiser reached well beyond its goal, helping Youth Rise continue to grow their impact in the city. 1/3 taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @everyotherstudio

What a year to celebrate! We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the clients, friends, and agency partners we get to collaborate with.

Last week, we attended the ACE Awards hosted by @adclubedm and were honoured to receive recognition for some of the work we’ve poured so much into this past year. Grateful, excited, and proud of the people who made it all possible. taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @everyotherstudio

To round out the @work_wild identity, and better connect with younger students, we built a library of custom illustrations to support the brand across ongoing touchpoints: lesson plans, social content, and pretty much any communication that needs to feel clear, cohesive, inviting.

The goal was to reinforce the brand platform “Grow a Career” and bring out the more playful, human side of forestry education. 🌲✨ 3/3

A huge part of this project was overhauling the @work_wild website.

The goal: build a more interactive experience that helps students figure out which area of forestry fits them best based on a personality profile.

Those profiles are: The Explorer, The Investigator, The Communicator, and The Builder. The Work Wild team has been using these for years to help guide students toward real career paths and we brought them to life in a way that’s easy and fun to explore. 2/3

New work ✨🌲

At the start of 2025, we kicked things off with @albertaforests to rebrand @work_wild—an initiative opening doors to forestry careers and real employment opportunities, especially for high school students stepping into post-secondary life.

We started with research, surveys, and strategy before getting to the creative.

What we learned: this is a career option that (literally) grows beyond the trees and it actually respects work-life balance.

Lots of love. Lots of labour. Lots more to show. 1/3
