sappy post but it’s good to remember how far you’ve come whenever you find yourself getting hung up on what you still want to accomplish. Started a daily practice of meditation to stay grounded in THIS moment because life is full of them and it’ll pass you by before you know it.

i believed the whole time. not perfectly, not every second, but underneath it all i did

there were moments i questioned everything. moments i didn’t recognize my body. moments it felt like it was taking way longer than it should

because the truth is this process had way more steps, hurdles, and battles than i ever expected.

it was slow days, setbacks, imbalances, relearning movements that used to feel automatic, building back strength you can’t always see yet

and even now this isn’t the finish line. it’s just part of it

i’m still rebuilding, still managing, still working back to the player i know i can be

but i never stopped believing i’d get here and i’m not stopping now.

if you’re in a season like this… stay.
trust me when I tell you it’s working even when it doesn’t feel like it

all that doubt you’re being faced with is just pushing you to the other side of who you can become

if you’ve been here. thank you. if you’re new here: follow along @everysideofgrace 💖🫂⚡️⚽️

Just remember that everyone’s journey is different and you can’t makeshift how yours will go but you can do everything in your power to be ready when your moment comes and to be present with yourself right now :)💖
