Why is everyone overcomplicating this?

Short bursts of efficient action over a long period of time will get things done the right way.

If you were training for a marathon, would running for an hour once a week be more beneficial than running for 15 minutes a day at different speeds?

I’m no runner… but I think the latter wins.

In 2026 and moving into 2027, everything is about speed and efficiency.

That’s why I built Fearless Athletes and the Fearless Athlete Mentality Method™.

We dominate the day with simple, efficient routines designed to own the mental space of sport — and then life.

Clarity over chaos.
Faith over fear.

Want the exact steps I use with my athletes?

Comment FEARLESS and I’ll send them to you. 🧠⚡

@mattmanasse @__yosefnisimi For specialized pickleball movement training, I’d build it around movement quality rather than just general conditioning.

The key areas are split-step timing, first-step explosiveness, lateral acceleration, crossover recovery, deceleration, rotational power, balance, reaction speed, and getting back to neutral position. Pickleball is especially demanding because the athlete repeatedly moves through short 2–4 step bursts rather than long-distance running.
