Need help reporting a quality-of-life concern in your neighborhood? The Resident Response Center (RRC) is here to help!

The Jersey City Resident Response Center serves as a “one-stop shop” connecting residents to city departments and local resources that help resolve community concerns and improve the quality of life throughout Jersey City.

Residents are encouraged to report non-urgent issues such as:
✔ Illegal dumping
✔ Potholes
✔ Streetlight outages
✔ Graffiti
✔ Abandoned vehicles
✔ Code enforcement concerns
✔ Other neighborhood quality-of-life matters
