For the past year and a half, I’ve been quietly working on something very special with Beringer Vineyards. A project that brought together so many things I love... history, art, interiors, romance, and of course, weddings. Last month, we finally brought it all to life at the historic Rhine House in Napa Valley, and I can hardly wait to share what we created. Two Napa & Sonoma wedding venue rules that catch couples by surprise 👀 🍷 A winery can only serve beer and wine. No liquor; county permit rules. The good news is that many wineries have workarounds like fermentation cocktails, and some allow hard seltzers. 🎶 County noise ordinances mean no amplified music outdoors after 10 pm. The venues that work around this usually have an indoor-outdoor space with doors that open up so the party can keep going. These are the kind of details that don't show up on a venue's Instagram but absolutely affect your wedding day. If a full bar or dancing past 10:00pm are important to you for your wedding, be sure to ask venues about these two things. Share this post with someone who might not know about these two surprising rules. Yes, your dog can be part of the wedding day. 🐾 Elaine and Jordan’s Goldendoodle, Murphy, was there for the whole celebration—even making an appearance on the dance floor. And because one Murphy wasn’t enough, they also had a custom fondant version of him on their wedding cake. 🐶 If your dog is part of your life together, there are so many ways to include them beyond the traditional photos. From a bandana or cameo in your portraits to a custom cake topper, the possibilities are endless. Cake by @flourandbloomcakes. Swipe to meet Murphy → Save this if your pup is part of the wedding plan. ✨ Happy one year anniversary to Danielle & Kevin! Their Gundlach Bundschu wedding was such a joy to bring to life. These two were so fun to work with — detail-oriented, lightning fast on emails, and incredibly kind. They dreamed of a night full of dancing, a cozy lounge for their nieces and nephews to snooze in, and one long dinner table (a GB favorite!). It was truly a wine country wedding unique to their vision and personalities 🥂💛 📋 : @lovelydayeventsxo 📸 : jenphilipsphoto 📍: @gundlach_bundschu 💐 : evfloraldesign 🍽️: figcaters 💄: carriealdous 🎶: amswinecountry 🍰: flourandbloomcakes 🪑: @brighteventrentals signs: @missdeedesignsnapa 🚗: @pure_luxury_transportation @dkehl10 @Kgweish #weddingday #weddingplanner #weddingplanners #napaweddingplanner #napaweddingplanners #napaweddingvenue #napaweddingvenues #sonomaweddingvenue #sonomaweddingvenues #sonomaweddingplanner #sonomaweddingplanners #napawedding #napaweddings #sonomawedding #sonomaweddings #winecountrywedding #wedding #gundlachbundschu #gundlac by @evfloraldesign

I now pronounce you, Doctor and Doctor Nazaroff. 🩺 One of our favorite things about shooting wedding content is capturing the little details and creative, thoughtful touches that make the day so special. The things that make your guests stop and say, “That’s so cool,” or “That is SO them.” Our bride @liljackknife commissioned artist @kristina_time to create this amazing human anatomy seating chart, stained glass table numbers, and magnet favors. 🫀 📋 Wedding Planner: @weddingsbydarlene 📍 Venue: @napavalleycountryclub 🖌️ Table Seating Artist: @kristina_time 💐 Florals: @evfloraldesign 💄 Bridal Hair & Makeup: @bellabridalnv 📷 Photographer: @whiskey.and.champagne 🤳🏼 Wedding Content Creator: @wtfabmedia 🎥 Super8 Videographer: @1920videoweddings 👰‍♀️ Dress: @pronovias 🤵‍♂️ Suits: @Sartoro.co ◽️ Linens & Rentals: @brighteventrentals 🍰 Cake: Jane Ewer 🍬 Macarons: @revemavarons 🎶 DJ: @djtonysparks 🎻 String Quartet: Eloquence String Quartet 🧊 Ice Sculpture: @chiselitice 🐕 Dog Trainer: @shakeitoffdogtraining 🎨 Live Artist: @seenandfelt_by_adelya 💍 Bride: @liljackknife taken in Napa, California by @evfloraldesign

E & J are pure energy. The kind of couple who make sure every single guest is having the night of their life, who dance like no one is watching, and who love their golden doodle Murphy so much that he showed up to photos in a full navy suit with a bow tie to match. E came in with a clear wedding vision — elevated fun with just enough color—and @evfloraldesign brought it to life perfectly. Blush and coral garden roses, hot pink pops, kumquats tucked into the centerpieces, and a bouquet that was somehow both lush and effortless. Every detail felt intentional without trying too hard. They chose Harvest Inn for their wedding because they love wine country, and it was an easy trip from San Francisco, where they lived, and for their friends, but the redwoods, the vineyard views, and those inviting guest rooms sealed the deal. Planning meetings with these two were genuinely some of my favorites. Save this one if Harvest Inn is on your wedding venue list. 🌸 Vendor Partners Planner: @lovelydayeventsxo Venue: @harvest_inn Photographer: @suzannekarpphotography Videographer: @jaredwortleyfilms Rentals: @brighteventrentals Hair and Makeup: @bellabridalnv Floral: @evfloraldesign Catering: @harvest_inn Cake: @flourandbloomcakes Music: @poprockssf @jaysieganpresents Signs: @missdeedesignsnapa Transportation: @pure_luxury_transportation Cigars: @napacigars Choreographer: @erinparsleyweddingdances Photobooth: @giggleandriot Invitations: @minted #harvestinn #harvestinnwedding #harvestinnweddings #sonomawedding #sonomaweddings #sonomaweddingplanner #sonomaweddingplanners #napaweddings #napaweddingplanner #napaweddingplanners #Napaweddingvenue #Napaweddingvenues #sfbayareawedding taken in Harvest Inn by @evfloraldesign

Fall is on its way, and that means gorgeous Fall weddings. Whetstone Wine Cellars in Napa is a hidden gem for a wedding venue. With the ivy along the stone walls turning shades of amber and rust that no florist could plan better if they tried. This ceremony space, set with woven wicker chairs on the brick courtyard, is the kind of setting that makes fall weddings feel effortlessly romantic. And once the sun goes down, tables glowing with candlelight and warm florals in terracotta and blush make the whole night feel cozy in the best way. If a fall Napa wedding is on your mind, save this post for inspiration. Vendor Partners Planner: @lovelydayeventsxo Venue: @whetstonewinecellars Photographer: @manaliannephoto Hair and Makeup: @carriealdous Floral: @evfloraldesign Rentals: @brighteventrentals Catering: @botteganapavalley Dessert: @flourandbloomcakes Signage: @missdeedesignsnapa Music: @amswinecountry & @ikeandmartin Lawn Games: @teammoralesevents Transportation: @pure_luxury_transportation #WhetstoneWineCellars #familyownedwinery #historicwinery #napaweddings #napaweddingplanner #napaweddingplanners #Napaweddingvenues #Napaweddingvenue #sfbayareawedding #luxurywedding #luxuryweddings #manaliannephoto by @evfloraldesign
