Liv trained last off season over the summer with us and in season. The hard work is paying off. She is nominated for all county as a Freshman. I can’t wait to see her develop the next 3 years. Congrats Liv. by @evolutionfitnessboca

Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s not working.

Slow doesn’t mean stuck.
It means you’re building something that lasts.

Keep going.

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸
Another heartfelt event completed with love, gratitude, and deep reflection.
At Cherubim Bodywork and Health Services, we proudly came together this Memorial Day to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom.

Today wasn’t just about a gathering—it was about purpose. It was about remembrance.
We stood united in service, compassion, and healing, giving back in our own way to the legacy of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

💙 Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and carried the spirit of Memorial Day in their hearts.

Let us never forget what this day truly means.
