Training challenges the body. Recovery prepares it to come back stronger. 🔥

Before reaching for the latest recovery gadget, master the foundations:

😴 Consistent sleep
🥗 Proper nutrition
💧 Hydration and electrolytes
🚶 Easy movement

Foam rollers, massage tools, compression, heat, cold and e-stim can support the process—but they can’t replace the basics.

Recovery isn’t weakness. It’s part of the work.

Train hard. Recover with purpose. Return RELENTLESS.

Save this carousel and build a recovery routine you can repeat. 🦅

Today’s team bonding looked a little different… and we loved every minute of it. 🩵🥎

Our Boca Impact girls traded the softball field for the starting line at the Devil Dog 5K to show up and support each other — and our conditioning coach, Wade Waddick! 🏃‍♀️💪

Because being a team is about so much more than what happens between the lines. It’s about showing up, pushing each other, making memories and having each other’s backs.

So proud of these girls for getting out there together and putting in the miles! 🩵🔥

And a big shoutout to Coach Wade for always pushing our girls to be stronger, tougher and better. We were happy to return the support today!

Today I was supported by my amazing support team!!! My handsome brilliant and husband, my fun loving wild son, and my boldly brave niece!
As a family we completed the devil dog at different times but we supported each other when facing our own challenges during the race! #devildog #5k

Conditioning isn’t just about getting our bodies ready for battle. It’s about getting our minds ready for it too. 😤🔥

Push harder. Get louder. Bring the energy.
These girls understood the assignment. 💪🥎

The work is done. The mindset is locked. And the HYPE is REAL. 🔥🔥🔥

Boca Impact 2031 Byrd is headed NORTH to Clermont this weekend. 🖤💙

Time to compete.
Time to make some noise.
LET’S GO IMPACT! 💥🥎
