Spring forward into self-care. 💐🪷

A little more daylight, a little more time to shine. More daylight means more moments to pause, unwind, and care for yourself. Let the season of light begin.🌞

Recovery isn’t optional it’s part of the work.

Training hard gets the attention… but recovery is where progress actually happens. Too many people overlook it because it doesn’t look flashy, but if you want to perform, grow, and stay consistent long term, you have to recover just as intentionally as you train.

Cryotherapy and compression sessions keep me moving, help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and get me ready to show up again week after week at 100%. 🧊

When you’re pushing heavy sessions consistently, recovery becomes the difference between progress and burnout. 🪫🔋

Big thanks to @evolvewellnessatx for helping me stay dialed in — because the goal isn’t just to train hard… it’s to train smart.

Self-love isn’t selfish — it’s essential. ❤️

Just like they say on the plane, put your oxygen mask on first. Because if you can’t breathe, you can’t help anyone else.

When you prioritize your health, your energy, your peace — you don’t take away from others… you show up stronger for them. 🙌

That’s why investing in myself at my favorite spot, @evolvelabs_roundrock in Round Rock, has been a total game changer. When you evolve, everything around you benefits.

Put your mask on first. The world needs you at your best. 💪

If you’re a cold plunge person… this is your sign to try cryo!!

@evolvewellnessatx recently refreshed their South Lamar space, and it’s a reminder of why this spot has stayed relevant in Austin’s wellness scene for so long! ❄️

Cryo sessions are quick and effective, designed for recovery without the time commitment of a full plunge (or getting wet)! 🧊

Add in their sauna, lymphatic work, red light, and skin treatments, and it’s a solid go-to for anyone taking their wellness routine seriously! 🧘‍♀️

Yesterday was self-care day! Went to @evolvewellnessatx for cryotherapy, an infrared sauna, and compression. I left feeling great! The remodel is great—they have chairs in the compression room, so no more sitting on the floor!
