Introducing Wellness at the House! 🤍✨

Wellness is such a big part of our lives, and we know it is for so many of our clients, too! We wanted to bring our love for beauty, wellness, and community together to create something special.

We’re so excited to kick off our new event series with Pilates at the House on October 18th! 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us for movement led by @hellocicily , good energy, community, and a little self-care! Plus, we’ll have swag bags filled with goodies from our amazing contributing vendors! 🛍️ Browse our selection of crystals from @alexislburhenn while you’re at the studio! As a special for this event, buy two crystal bracelets and get a third free✨

Transform Austin’s providers will be offering Botox and B12 shots at discounted event prices after class as well. They’re also contributing gift cards to our goodie bags, which can be used toward services at the event or saved for a future visit!
Treatments are optional, purchased separately from your class ticket, and subject to a consultation with their providers.

This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to share what else we have planned!

✨ Limited spots available! Reserve yours through the link in our bio.

✨ A Summer Video Series ✨
(That’s mostly dance, because how else are we getting thru one year sleep regressions at the same time as teething 🤪)

1- we still dancing most mornings 💃🏽
2- Sol’s birthday 🎉
3- @melody_dancefit class!… as you can see, I’m not exactly on the beat or doing the moves at the exact time as everyone else… Going to a dance class where it feels like everyone else knows a lot of the choreography can be a great ego killer ha ha… But more than anything it’s a joy filler!! Next slide for just one of the reasons….🪩
4- fill your life with more good, and it’ll show you the areas that don’t feel so good! When I first started going to her classes, it was during a very dark time of my life and it’s part of the reason why I was able to get out of it! Dance is healing in an unlimited amount of ways! Especially when she’s leading the class!💃🏽
5- THE BEST MOVIE EVER WAS MADE!!! Voicemails for Isabelle is not just about romance, it’s about grief, attunement, & living unfiltered. This is one of many of my favorite scenes because it shows attunement- He saw her in a moment of need, and he sensed it right away, and instead of swooping in and saving her from it, or seeing it as an inconvenience/too much… He brought in dance alongside it… My heart jumps every time I see this scene!😭
6- the kids got baptized! 😻🥹
7- Viva turned 1!!
8- I feel too tired to caption this one, but if there’s anything that’s helping me through the exhaustion… Again, it’s dance!
9- my @saunafin_official sessions 🥵 I love the sound of that crackle & pop of the hot rock furnace fire🔥
10- @evolvewellnessatx forever saving my skin
11- the kids saw me dance to this song at least 20 times this summer, thanks to the scene from that movie! 🫠

Welcome! If you’re new here, and you’re looking for wellness events, places, and spaces around Austin, hi I’m Taylor and I’d love to be your guide.

Credentials: I’ve lived in Austin for over 15 years and after beating 2 chronic illnesses (i.e. becoming asymptomatic for chronic pain and POTS) without western medicine, I’ve become passionate about wellness.

Austin has become a Meca in the wellness community for a good reason. Follow along and I’ll share the best the city has to offer.

When the outfit is so good that I had to document my morning 🤍

Wearing size M in both the @fabletics top + leggings! Really good support for a HIIT class, but still comfortable enough to wear for the rest of the day — exactly what I want from a workout set 🙌🏼

My morning started with HIIT at @trainingmate , followed by compression + massage at @evolvewellnessatx, a little mirror moment, and then off to run some errands ✨

I absolutely feel so pampered when I get a facial or massage at @evolvewellnessatx. This is a quick capture of their signature Evolve facial, and it's awesome! Evolve offers various memberships that are really worth it! For my membership level, I get one free facial or massage, and believe me when I tell you they do a fabulous job! My face feels so happy! My skin looks so good! Plus, you can get a free red-light therapy treatment on your skin after the facial—it's so good for your skin, so add 30 minutes to to do that after the facial (I suggest getting compression at the same time).

Evolve offers member specials every few months or so, where you can get a huge discount on other treatments, too.

And I enjoy their infrared sauna and cryotherapy treatments! They both give me a massive boost of energy! And you can get a compression treatment free with a membership at any time for arms, legs, or hips. It feels so good!

You don't have to be a member to go get a treatment, so try it out first. But members get the best perks and discounts. This is one way I am investing in my physical and mental health and wellness this year. It's a delight!

I love it! This is not sponsored, paid, or hosted. I just genuinely want to share about a local feel-good business I love!

Right rooms. Right conversations.

Grateful to be at Mayors Coffee with @kirkpwatson , surrounded by leaders focused on moving the city forward.

It’s a reminder—growth isn’t random. You get intentional about where you show up and who you’re around.

Stay in the rooms that challenge you, sharpen you, and push the work forward.

It’s All Risky!
