Still vibrating from the last Sanctum of Sound at MaHalla. A day shaped by deep listening, sonic exploration, and an atmosphere that invited stillness and connection. From the intimate synthesized ambient textures of Maya Wada and the etheric experimentations of Star Works, Ka and Mitotili, to the neoclassical improvisations of Dima Ustinov and the hypnotic soundscapes of @musicashram’s Sound Air, ending with @zuzannacalka’s multi-layered, trance inducing melodies.

Sanctum of Sound is a monthly musical forum at MaHalla, transforming the space into a sanctuary dedicated to the creation and transmission of music and sound. Each session offers 10 immersive hours for deep listening and sonic exploration. We gather again on June 1st. Same space, new stories. More info very soon. Join us.

🍃Nonagon Forest is an ever unfolding experiment. We improvise what comes through to us, and we are inspired by all the emotions of the world.

We believe that music is transmission & transmutation.

We believe that sound is a language of our core being.

We believe that sharing sound can help us nourish and inspire each other.

And we believed that infusing loving intentions into sound is a sacred act.

🎨The Berlin Art Week was quite a ride!
Very grateful for the calm and sacred space that we established within our exhibition
LANGUAGES OF ORIGIN!

So many people gave us feedback of how much they enjoyed our room and its performances.🥰

While many things beautifully aligned themselves, other things were very challenging and did not go as planned.

We learned so much and made some mistakes for sure! Learning is doing, and doing is so rewarding as it brings experiences and memories. Knowing that we are capable of so much more than we sometimes estimate ourselves to be.. and having
the right people at your side to tickle it out of you in the right moments.. 🌱

And also knowing where you may have underestimated something and humbling yourself to acknowledge room to change!

Taking in this wisdom as an eclipse offering...
Offering myself to the depth of this learning experience, and the portal of transformation that
we feel our beings journeying through...

🤝This was a co-creation from so many hard-working people who dedicate their lives to their craft!
Big thank you to

Transmission of FREQUENCIES.
This is a poem from our live concert at the sanctum of sound in April @mahallaberlin
💫
The clouds rise among the horizon
squares of time slowly collapse
landscapes, the ruins of old chimneys
of gravel crumbling
a distant fog
droplets
of a new age
a new world
a new phase
a new drawing
of particles push-pulling
spiraling their essence into new patterns
new gravity forms
nuances of sunken words revived
and unheard langugage reborn
elements of depth and darkness merging
with eternal light and glowing flow
endless rays of time
the time that tables turned
and wings have lifted them to reach beyond
didine dreamy doors now open
in the direction of your personal portal
-- air gasped
into lungs we breathe,
thin yet rich, thick with longing
the nocturnal branches of timeless willows
sway from side to side
motions much older than time
times created from behind
beyond beginning, back before the ending was reached
the willows breech, now holding the moisture they collect
offering themselves an emblem of a story
receive and consume
transmitted in perfect order
order of chaos, that ever evolves
transmission of frequency
transmission of appearance
applied science, signature traces
advances and glances
the algorithmic minds of hive beings
their dances
of receiving equilibrium
rotating spheres with ears to hear themselves
in vibration
in vibration
in vibration...

We are vibrating now into the Nonagon Forest landscapes. Performing our essence, soul sculptures, dancing in new waves. Join us on this journey...!! 🌱🐉
