Hello there, Hola!

Today I'm sharing an introduction for you who just arrived on this page or anyone else who might not know these things about me 🌿💚

Here you'll find Nature photography, Poetry / info. about my Debut Poetry book "Drops of Wisdom", and some travel photos.

LOVE Nature photography with No filter.

I write poems mainly about Life, Nature, Human connection, Truth, Love, Healing, and Transformation.

They are infused with my own Spiritual & Healing journey experience, and my experience from being a Mind.Body Transformational Therapist & Hypnotherapist for many years @harmoniousinfinity

This is Our Home. All of it and for all of us.🩷

Thank you for passing by. Thank you for reading, and thank you for staying if you do.🙏✨️

Can you detach from the idea of what it should be?
From the idea of what you wish it was
And allow space for it to breathe
And Be what IS
For it to be It's highest expression
as it serves the Whole, You and Me.

The question is :

Can you keep your spirit up when things are not going as you would have liked it or wished ?
When things become turbulent and muddy
When the clouds come and you cannot longer see what is in front?
When all your human emotions start to get louder and stronger
And it seems like it's the only thing you can give your attention to.

"Relax
It's going to be ok
Let go of the tension
Let go of the grasp
There is so much in the hands of the divine
(Everything really)
But it's ok
You are also human
Your response is part of the experience of being human
It's ok
Relax
It's all part of the divine and it's perfect
Relax
It's out of your hands
Take care of what is in your hands to do , to act, to feel, to choose, to release
And let everything else to God
To Spirit
To Nature's intelligence and rhythms
Trust
Remember?
Remember how many times things have fallen into place at the right moment
How many times you have been saved in this life
How many times things have just worked out in the "last minute"
Remember?
Trust
It's ok
All is well as it is
Everything passes
Remember that
The clouds will pass
Everything is temporary in the reality of form
Don't get so attached
Don't believe that what you see with your physical eyes it's all there is...
Relax
Release
You are taken care of"

☀️BIRTHDAYS! 🎂✨️🙏 & BIRTHMONTHS :)

The day you chose to be born
The day you took your first breath
The day you entered this reality separating from your mother's body- a type of death taking you into a New life -
The day the world recieved another Unique flower
The day you were held by your mother for the first time (and hopefully your father as well)
The day you began this crazy amazing journey called life, AS YOU

I love celebrating this day and the whole month!.
It's not a shallow celebration. It's very internal and reflective.
It's looking at the year that just passed and absorbing all the leaning and growth from it. And release everything that doesn't support you anymore moving forward into your most authentic Self and Life ✨️
It's Being & Feeling Grateful.
It's reconnecting with my Inner child! having something delicious, Even better if I never had it before! - Or doing something I've never done before 😊🩷☀️🌸

In this day, remember your UNIQUENESS. Remember to value you
to hold you
to embrace you
To count your Blessings
No matter where you are, in what circumstances,
And with whom

🔥❤️
🙏🌌

:)

Happy & Healthy September! ☀️

RHYTHM ...
The rhythm of life
The rhythm of Nature
The rhythm of your own Being

Life, creation , growth, healing , Nature

They all have a rhythm
A natural flow that IS
It is not forced
It is not rushed
It is not impatient
There's no anxiety and urgency around it
They are constant processes, cycles,
Births and deaths ,
deaths and births interconnected
Constant
Like flowing water

You have your unique rhythm
I have my unique rhythm

It is in each one of us to get in tune with it.
And that unique rhythm is already connected to the Universal Divine rhythm which you can call God/ Source/ what IS /
However you feel to name it 🤷‍♀️
