🕊 It’s time to free yourself from the chains of an unhealed past, and welcome the gifts from your Ancestors. ✨️💜
When you learn to choose yourself instead of abandoning you, amazing things start to happen.

🌙Coming this NOVEMBER 7th & 14th.
A 2 part Workshop to Heal and step into a brighter and healthier future. Via Zoom.

》In this workshop we will look at the collective wounds we share as women, and how to recognize and heal your own lineage of generational wounds.

🌿- Some of the topics we will be diving deeper into are:

The voice and not being heard
The sacrificing pattern
The feeling under appreciated
The prominence of shame and guilt
The not having right to choose for yourself and have direction in your own life.

🌿- In the second part we will practice:

How to use poetry and free writing to process those deep emotions and use it as a tool for healing.
We will do embodiment exercises to integrate the emotional material that might have moved energetically.
We will open space to allow the creative energy to flow.

🌿- When you do this inner healing work:

You will learn and see how we can turn these wounds into strengths
You Free your authentic voice and Authentic self expression
You Build self-confidence and real inner-security
You embrace your sense of service and compassion in a healthy way
You know how to build healthy boundaries

If YOU are OK
Your life is OK

One of the biggest realisations (and most helpful) for a human being , is that their self care, Mental-Emotional- Physical & Spiritual Wellbeing is a priority. A Non-negotiable action in their life.

The one that does not feel OK with themselves, cannot be OK with their life .
In the same way, the One that does not help themselves,
cannot be helped by anyone else.
It is all connected 🙏✨️

Today was my last Qigong class at Kariwak .
A full circle and a full cycle being completed 🙏 "Coincidentally " with the full moon...

I started from zero my Tai chi and Qigong training 16 years ago in that same Ajoupa...
During all those years, I left and came back to teach twice.

I am super grateful for that place @kariwakvillage where i have connected with so many people from all over the world passing by and trying my class, some have even become close friends... 🙏

So much value , learning, growth and great connections that happened here. 💚

With acknowledgment and appreciation we close a cycle, ready and happy to step into the new one that has already started ✨️

Moving all this experience, and Tai Chi & Qigong teachings to another place in the world!

Thank you!
